Steinberg has released a new package for music record - Dorico. According to the developer, this is the most flexible note editor from all those represented in the market.

In particular, the package allows you to work in an open (arbitrary) size, freely rearrange the clock features and at the same time keep the rhythmic cleanliness of the record.

Built from scratch for modern multi-core 64-bit processors, Dorico will take advantage of all the forces of your system while intuitive workflows will help you focus on each aspect of the preparation of a note record. Dorico also allows you to use your VST tools and effects.

Bracketed noteheads
Under some circumstances, the round brackets around chords could fail to draw; this has now been resolved.

Multi - bar rests
A problem whereby multi-bar rests in divisi passages in layouts with condensing enabled would not be reliably consolidated has been resolved.

Note input
On some computers, Dorico could hang when a MIDI input device is connected or disconnected while the application is running; this has now been resolved.

Performance
A problem that could cause edits in large scores to be slower than expected has been resolved.

Playback templates
Under some circumstances, restoring the saved state of VST plug-ins used by a project could fail if the loading operation lasts for more than one minute; this has now been resolved.

Text
A problem that could result in Dorico hanging when editing paragraph styles if the frame showing chord diagrams used in the flow is shown has been resolved.

VST plug - ins
On some Windows computers, some VST instruments, including NotePerformer, could be incorrectly blocked; this has now been resolved.

Output Arcade - a synthesizer based on a loupe from the cloud. A new approach to work with samples.

Output has released an unusual synthesizer Output Arcade. The tool is distinguished by an interesting approach to the principles of working with virtual synthesizers.

The Arcade sound is based on a cloud library, access to which is carried out by paid subscription ($ 10 / month). After starting the synthesizer, the user selects a set of sounds and starts to form a tool sound independently. You can change the sound using 11 built-in effects and modulation capabilities.

Further operation with the synthesizer is also different from the usual scheme, in which the MIDI keyboard keys reproduce the same sound with an increase in the halfway. Instead, the white keys are responsible for the launch of various magnifies, and the black keys change their sound.

Access to the lupam in the cloud library is carried out through the built-in browser. The entire content is divided into three categories (Product Lines, Kits, Loops), and you can search for suitable sounds by tags or keywords.

Together with the synthesizer, several sounds of sounds are supplied (KITS, 15 magnifies in each). It makes no sense to talk about their versatility: developers make focus on the ability to create a synthesizer under itself based on the proposed loupes. If there is no suitable sounds in the catalog, the user can import its own content and process it with Arcade.

What's New in 2021.5:

Re-editable Smart Photos for Adobe® Lightroom® Classic - Now, you can re-edit your adjustments made in ON1 Photo RAW, maintaining your non-destructive workflow with Adobe Lightroom Classic. From Lightroom, you can send photos to ON1 Photo RAW, where you can retouch, crop, create layers, and add effects. The results round trip back to Lightroom as a normal Photoshop PSD where you can view and export them. If you want to adjust your settings made in ON1 Photo RAW, simply send it back to Photo RAW, and all your settings are still there. You can re-crop, change the retouching, adjust the layers, or add or change filters.
Batch Processing for Adobe® Lightroom® Classic - Now, you can batch-process photos from Lightroom Classic with ON1 Photo RAW. You control the file types created and the settings to apply. It could be a preset or your own manual adjustments. You can adjust the first photo, and have the same settings applied to all the other photos, or pause on each photo to tweak the settings to your needs. For portrait photos, let the AI-based auto mode take over. It finds every face, analyses it, and adds the perfect amount of skin smoothing, and eye and mouth enhancements.
Customize Keyboard Shortcuts - The new Shortcuts dialog allows you to view and change what keyboard shortcut, or hotkey, is used for most functions. You can change the key used to access any tool, tool option, module, or menu item. You can even assign shortcuts to menu items that don't have a shortcut yet. It's perfect if you live in a locale that doesn't use the QWERTY keyboard layout.
Keyboard Control of Tone & Color - The powerful new shortcuts can also be used with the most-used image adjustments located in Develop's Tone and Color pane. You can now adjust the exposure, contrast, shadows, highlights, and white balance options using keyboard shortcuts or the mouse scroll wheel. Cloud Sync for Presets and Extras - Cloud Sync now keeps your presets and extras like backgrounds, borders, textures, LUTs, etc. all in sync across all your computers. When you create a new preset or install a preset pack it automatically syncs to your other computers. This even works for saved filter styles, import presets, color profiles. You name it, it all stays in sync now.
Learning Hub - The Learning Hub puts the information you need to be successful right at your fingertips. This floating window lets you access the video library, user guides, support pages, and loyalty rewards from right inside the app.
