2019 Features

Functions:

CONCAT: This new function is like CONCATENATE, but better. It supports range references, in addition to cell references.

IFS: With the IFS function, conditions are tested in the order that you specify. If passed, the result is returned. You can also specify an else "catch all" if none of the conditions are met.

SWITCH: This function evaluates an expression against a list of values in order, and returns the first matching result. If no results match, the "else" is returned.

TEXTJOIN: This function combines text from multiple ranges, and each item is separated by a delimiter that you specify.

C++17 support

Streaming trace for improved code coverage and profiling features
The code coverage and profiling windows in C-SPY can now be feed with streaming trace data when using the IAR I-jet Trace probes. This means that both code coverage and profiling data can be collected during infinite test runs. See IAR Embedded Workbench C-SPY Debugging Guide for more information.
Extended multicore support
The multicore support has been extended to support any number of asymmetrical cores. For example, it is now possible to debug and control a device with one A9, one M7, and two M4 cores, all synchronized by the Arm Coresight CTI mechanism under debugger control.

Documentation Comments
The editor can distinguish comments that start with /**, /*!, /// or //! as Documentation Comments. Inside a Documentation Comment, the editor can recognize keywords that begin with \ or @. If the keyword is recognized as a doxygen keyword, the Documentation Comment will appear in tooltips and parameter hints for variables and functions. CMSIS-Pack .gpdsc
The CMSIS-Pack Manager now supports Generator Package Description Files (.gpdsc).
Performance Monitoring window
The Performance Monitoring window is a viewer for counting events or CPU clock cycles through the Performance Monitoring Unit (PMU) available on Cortex A and Cortex R processors. Indicator for sleep mode

Amongst some 120 new features for English and French, the corrector now helps in writing more inclusively and more legibly. The dictionaries bring together both languages by offering the translation of 2.5 million words and expressions. Users may now also take advantage of a new optional service allowing them to synchronize their personal dictionaries on multiple devices.

Purchase the French Module for Antidote 10 (with the Premium Upgrade, for example) and see your definitions dictionary display over 800,000 translations of all words, expressions and proverbs. Even better, our linguists have translated 1,700,000 combinations going both ways, with examples to support them all.

Two eagerly-awaited new filters - Readability and Gender Neutrality
The readability filter underlines long words and sentences, rare or foreign words, abbreviations and nested phrases. It even includes the new Antidote readability index, from zero (hardly readable) to 100 (very readable). The gender neutrality filter points out ways to ensure an equal representation of men and women in your text, for example where names of professions are used.

New words
Over 8,000 new words and expressions have been added, such as binge-watch, facticide and hoverboard, along with 117,000 new synonyms and 26,000 combinations.

Smart synonyms
The synonym lists are now sorted by proximity with the headword, giving you quick access to the most relevant alternatives. This applies not only to the synonyms dictionary, but also to the corrector, where Antidote suggests synonyms to help you avoid repetitions.
