Embarcadero has released a patch for RAD Studio, C++Builder and Delphi 10.3.2. This patch addresses a compatibility issue with mixing runtime packages built with 10.3.2 with earlier releases of Delphi or C++Builder 10.​

Applications compiled with RAD Studio 10.3 or 10.3.1 and using runtime packages will not start when executed against the 10.3.2 version of the RTL runtime package.
This patch addresses a compatibility issue with mixing runtime packages built with 10.3.2 with earlier releases of Delphi or C++Builder 10.3. The platforms impacted are Win32, Win64, macOS32, and Linux64. The incompatibility is surfaced with an error like 'Entry Point not Found "@System@Classes@TFieldsCache@$bcctr$qqrv"'.
After applying the patch, older applications will keep running when you deploy a new application with new runtime packages. This means that the updated 10.3.2 packages are backward compatible.
A new application built in 10.3.2 will not run if executed against a 10.3.x version of the runtime packages.
The installation requires copying the content of the ZIP file to the installation folder. The complete files list is in the readme file included in the .
Notice that this patch is critical for third-party component vendors who plan rebuilding their components with 10.3.2.

Automatic Email Processor is the complete solution for Outlook to store and print incoming emails and their attachments automatically. Different print settings can be defined for each rule, for example to be able to print certain emails in a different quality. The respective printer can be defined individually for each rule as well as separately for printing the email message or attachment. You can also specify that only certain pages of the email should be printed automatically (for example, print only the first or last page of a PDF attachment of the email).
Automatically save incoming emails as PDF files
With Automatic Email Processor, emails received in Outlook can automatically be saved into a specified directory as PDF file, for example, in order to keep a copy of the message for backup purposes. Attachments and the email itself can also be embedded (as MSG file with or without digital signature) in the PDF file. The path as well as the folder and file name of the PDF file to be saved can be composed of various properties of the email, such as the date and, for example, a part of the subject.
Automatically save and optionally detach Outlook email attachments
In addition to archiving the complete email, Automatic Email Processor can also automatically save attachments. The properties of the email and the name of the attachment can become part of the path, i.e. properties such as the sender name can be integrated in the folder and file name. After successfully saving the attachments, they can be detached or, more precisely, replaced by a link file containing only the path of the saved attachment. This can prevent problems caused by too large Outlook PST files and save storage space. The detachment of the attachment can optionally be done with a time delay - for example, two weeks.

There's a big difference between masking for compositing vs. selective adjustments. Topaz Studio focuses entirely on selective adjustments, and we think of it as a central feature of the product instead of an add-on. As you'll see, this led to many design decisions intended to shorten the amount of time you spend refining your mask, like including edge awareness in each masking tool in Studio.
Select different parts of your image by painting directly on it. Topaz Studio's brush is edge aware by default. This means you can quickly paint over your selection without having to worry too much about staying between the lines. This is the fastest and most direct way to selectively apply an effect to your image.
Emphasize a certain subject in your photo with the edge-aware spot tool. The spot tool is a quick way to draw attention to a certain subject in your your image. Since it is edge- and color-aware, you don't need to worry about refining your mask too much.
Gradually level off your effect with the gradient tool. Topaz Studio's gradient tool is unique in that it's also adjustably context-aware, which creates much better masking experience. It's like having a graduated neutral density filter that also knows how to tell between foreground and background.
Create a mask targeted at the different colors in your image. This is probably the easiest masking tool to use: just click on your image with the eyedropper and this will automatically select the correct parts of your image. Great to selectively apply effects to just a single color range in your image.
Create a mask targeted at different brightness levels in your image. This tool will get you a perfect selection very quickly in images with a clear separation in brightness between subject and background. Also great for selectively adjusting highlights, shadows, or anything in between.
Layers are essential for creative post-processing because they allow you to apply effects in unlimited ways to your image. Let's walk through an example workflow that illustrates what you can do with them.
As mentioned before, Topaz Studio 2 now has full layer support - and everything you do is non-destructive. Looks (formerly presets) go on their own layers so you can now mix, match, and stack them. (Apply and Duplicate no longer necessary!)
Topaz Studio 2 received a major user interface change focused around layers. You can easily drag and drop to rearrange layers, access layer masks, and control blending/opacity. It does look quite different than the current Studio, but we're confident this new workflow will enable you to work more quickly and easily than before.
