REAPER is a powerful but sensible Windows application that lets you record, arrange, edit, and render multi-track waveform audio. It provides an extensive set of features, but is a very small and lightweight application (the installer is less than 1 megabyte, and includes many effects and a sample project). REAPER supports ASIO, Kernel Streaming, WaveOut, and DirectSound for playback and recording. It reads WAV, OGG, and MP3 files, and records WAV files. You can arrange any number of items in any number of tracks and use audio processing plug-ins (DirectX and Jesusonic). REAPER also supports volume, pan controls and envelopes per track, multi-layer undo/redo, and user creatable color themes.

+ Updated the Disable Defender for 19h1+ builds to now hide the Defender system-tray
icon. Remember due to the methods used to disable Defender it is NOT possible to
easily revert this option. Also it should turn off the 'Tamper Protection' feature.
Make sure you REALLY want to disable 'Defender' before ticking the box in the Creator!
+ Updated the MSDM detection routine to give better error control and information about the key and table contents etc.

What's New:

ChemDraw/Reaxys Integration:
PerkinElmer and Elsevier have established a partnership to provide you with new and unique ways to improve your Research productivity. It is now possible to draw a molecule or a reaction in ChemDraw,and initiate a structure search into Reaxys. You can also choose to use ChemDraw JS as a drawing editor when you use the online Reaxys website.

ChemACX Explorer:
Thanks to the new add-in architecture in ChemDraw, you can now explore chemical properties or supplier information for a given molecule by looking up and retrieving information directly from ChemACX.com, PerkinElmer's database of over 10M commercially available compounds, and quickly paste structures back into the canvas. This feature is also available through Signals Notebook Individual Edition.

Enhanced Hotkeys:
Building off of the powerful hotkeys already enabled within the application, we have enhanced this capability so now you can truly create molecules and reactions as fast as you can type.

Facilitated chemical structure pasting:
ChemDraw now supports a simplifed, more direct pasting of CDXML and other text formats like SMILES, Mol, InChi, and HELM as a structure using the Edit>Paste (Ctrl+V) menu option, with plain text in the clipboard. You can also copy/paste to and from ChemDraw JS, ChemDraw and MS Office embedded ChemDraw documents without loss of chemical information (requires browser-specific clipboard extension, Windows only).

HELM Editor:
Following the HELM standard, developed by the Pistoia Alliance for the rapid transfer of biomolecules, we have added a custom editor for creating, editing and sharing complex biomolecules. Importing biomolecules using the HELM notation format, editing the biomolecules, creating and using your own custom monomers and exporting out via the HELM format is now easy. The HELM editor is available in ChemOffice Professional and ChemDraw Professional only.

ChemACX Structure from CAS Registry Number:A new function has been added to look up a CAS RN through ChemACX.com, PerkinElmer's database of commercially available compounds and return the corresponding chemical structure.

Structure-to-Name and Name-to-Structure improvements:
ChemDraw now supports a new atom numbering scheme, where the numbers are derived from their explicit or implicit values in the IUPAC name, as well as the naming of Enhanced Stereochemistry centers. Names including 'AND' and 'OR' enhanced stereo centers and absolute stereo centers (in any combination) are now supported.

ChemOffice and ChemDraw version 18.1 PerkinElmer Informatics is pleased to announce the release of the newly enhanced ChemDraw/ChemOffice 18.1 product offering, providing chemists and biologists with a unique and powerful collection of scientifically intelligent personal productivity tools. ChemDraw/ChemOffice 18.1 contains all the same rich and chemically aware features and functionality that ChemDraw is known for as well as the following new capabilities:

Integration with Elsevier® Reaxys® - a global leader in chemical information search. The partnership offers two benefits: the first, the availability of ChemDraw JS as a drawing editor on the Reaxys website (effective June 2018), and the second, a new search integration from ChemDraw into Reaxys, similar to the "Search into SciFinder" capability (originally introduced back in ChemDraw version 14).If your company or institution has a dedicated instance of Reaxys you can also direct the searches directly through a proxy option.

On the theme of integrations, ChemDraw and ChemOffice 18.1 go beyond chemical drawing and bring new, time-saving capabilities to users in the form of the ChemACX Explorer Add-in, delivered through the flexible architecture of ChemOffice. As a new improvement, remotely hosted add-ins can be dynamically downloaded to enable a controlled access to new, custom features inside ChemDraw.

Hierarchical Editing Language for Macromolecules (HELM) improvements: ChemDraw is compatible with the latest version of the industry standard for the representation of complex biopolymers (peptides, nucleic acids, antibody-drug conjugates etc.). After implementing a new HELM toolbar in ChemDraw 17.0, a HELM library management capability is now available to browse, curate, copy and access common, corporate libraries. The latest design of the HELM toolbar is now more compact, allows for better visibility and an enhanced user experience.
