Round-trip PSD Editing (Launch PSD Editor)
1. The ability to connect to popular PSD editing software. You are able to launch your favorite PSD editing tool directly from CTA, to create or modify assets like characters,
scenes and props. Your newly modified assets will update in CTA simultaneously when you save them in the PSD editor.
2. If you have already set animation keyframes to an image in CTA, the animations will be kept even after you modified the image in PSD editor.
3. Even the icon of the selected PSD tool will be displayed on CTA tool bar. Set up under: Preference > Image > Image Editor.
4. Right-click on a single object, such as a character, prop and sprite, can be launched to a PSD editor for modification.

PSD to Scene & Prop
1. 2D Scenes with 3D Depths. You can design scenes in a layered PSD and send to Cartoon Animator.
2. PSD layers (folders) appear as manageable scene elements in CTA. Then you can arrange the scene elements with Z-depth to easily create 3D parallax effects with animated cameras.

Dark Mode Switch
1. Users can select their preferred UI (White/Dark mode) in Preferrence.
2. Setup under Perference > Interface > Dark

Enhancements
- Unlocked key will no longer affects general keys in the Timeline.
- Editing locked keys will reflect correctly on the End Effectors included.
- Delete locked keys will remove not only the End Effectors but related keys correctly.

Bugs Fixed
- Possible crashes when removing character motions or applying character in Composer mode.
- Applying motion curve was ineffective when using the Elastic Motion editor.
- Launching PSD to external editor failed while applying G2 facials to G3 Characters.
- Updating PSD file back to CTA 4 character/prop would be blurred.

- Using Layer Editor to adjust layer order was ineffective when combing props as a compound prop.
- Login page displayed incorrectly when font size was over 250% while switching to 4K mode.
- Using right-click to align previous motion clip was ineffective.
- Some Power Tools 1 characters could not launch to PSD editor and displayed incorrectly.
- G3 character would disappear while applying G2/G2+ eyes in Composer Mode.
- G3 head could not connect with head bone when attaching Morph-based head to head bone.
- Program not responding when applying project.

Recover deleted Files/Folders

Scan for Deleted Partitions
In some cases, the files you seek from a particular drive do not appear to existing anymore - the partitions have either been deleted or overwritten by a new one. There is still a chance to recover some files in such a situation! The software can locate the deleted partitions first and allow you to scan them to reveal lost or detected files you need.

Scan for files by their signatures
Active@ UNDELETE can find files by their unique format specification (signature) even if the files cannot be found as part of the File Table. See table below for detailed list of supported files signatures.

Restore detected partition
Is your partition gone? Whether accidentally deleted by a user or by malicious software, there is still a chance to restored it if it has not been overwritten yet. Scan the Hard disk for deleted partitions and use the Restore command to get your partition back! We recommend restoring important data first.

Working with a corrupted RAID system
A disassembled RAID array can be virtually recreated by Active@ UNDELETE and some of the files located on the array can be recovered.

Version 2 introduces the Vivid Hall algorithm that adds time variance to avoid the stiffness that plagues convolution based reverbs while preserving the natural high density reverb tails of Verberate 1.

Real acoustical surroundings will have slight variations due to air currents, moving performers or movements in the audience. While these variations may seem subtle, the effect towards the end of the reverb tail is significant, since the sound is reflected a large number of times before the reverb tail fades out. The new Vivid Hall algorithm models these random variations without artifacts like chorus effects or pitch changes, and is therefore capable of simulating reverberation of real halls with a higher degree of realism.

Restoration Suite 2 is a suite of four cutting edge plug-in for audio restoration and noise reduction:

DeNoise 2 is a plug-in designed to reduce noise such as hiss, wind noise, buzz and camera noise. The noise can be reduced automatically in the adaptive mode or after measuring the characteristics of the noise in the noise profile mode. New in version 2 are dynamic noise profiles that capture the dynamic properties of the noise so that noise that fluctuates over time, such as wind noise, can be effectively reduced. The new algorithm has also been greatly improved and is now even less prone to typical de-noising artifacts.

DeHum 2 targets hum and buzz typically introduced by poorly grounded electrical equipment, but also other tonal noise sources like electrical motor noise. The hum detection algorithm has been improved in version 2 and there's now a new Scan button that automatically fine tunes the fundamental hum frequency.

DeClick 2 is designed to remove impulsive noise such as clicks, crackle and thumps. These distortions are frequently encountered on LP and 78 RPM records, but also occur in digital recordings due to drop-outs or distorted data packets. DeClick 2's thump reduction works also effectively on vocal recordings with unwanted plosives. The algorithm has been improved in version 2 and is now less prone to reducing attacks and transients in the wanted signal.

DeClip 2 restores audio recordings distorted by analog or digital clipping with an improved algorithm.

WHAT'S NEW
New in Version 2
All four plug-ins have received major improvements both in the processing algorithms and the user interface compared to version 1. DeNoise 2 introduces the novel dynamic noise profiles that help reducing noise that varies randomly over time, such as wind noise or rustle from lavalier microphones. Where the earlier versions merely captured a static noise print with time-constant noise levels, the dynamic noise profiles capture statistics from the noise to be reduced. The noise suppression algorithm then estimates the most suitable noise threshold curve for the noisy input signal using the measured statistics.

DeNoise 2, DeClick 2 and DeHum 2 now support Mid/Side (M/S) processing, which can reduce unwanted fluctuations in the stereo image. The core algorithm in DeClick 2 received major improvements and now better preserves transients and can be pushed to higher click and crackle sensitivities without introducing artifacts.

DeHum 2 has a new automatic fine-tune button that triggers automatic estimation of the hum noise frequency. The hum tracking and suppression have also been improved. DeClip 2 was improved in terms of audio quality and now offers even more impressive reconstruction of clipped signal peaks. All the plug-ins in the suite now support surround and immersive audio formats up to 7.1.6 channels.

Acon Digital Restoration Suite 2 is available as VST, VST3 or AAX for both Windows and Mac or as AU plug-ins for Mac. There are 32 and 64 bit versions for Windows and the Mac version is 64 bit.
