XnViewMP 1.8.2 (x64) Multilingual

85ac1fc2261a8e8f6a7ed7618a79c952.jpeg

File size: 55.5 MB

XnView MP is an advanced version of Xn5View, which is a powerful and reliable multimedia viewer, manager and converter. It offers the same stylish and easy to use interface that makes it almost fun to rate, sort and catalog files while still being practical. The files are displayed in the central area of the main window and you are able to choose the type of view you want for them.

The surroundings of that central browser can be fitted with a bunch of other tools. You can dock and rearrange the windows for the folder browser, document info and file preview. This comes in very handy when you want to create your own layout and speed up your workflow.
Just like its counterpart, XnView MP provides a wide range of ways to view files. You can change the size of the preview thumbnails, compare images and even edit them. Double clicking a picture automatically opens it in the editor. Here, you are able to analyze its histogram, resize and crop it, as well as apply various enhancement filters.
All the images you edit, as well as others that are simply chosen can be converted to popular formats such as JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, BMP, PCX and TGA. This can be done using single files, or multiple ones in batch mode.
The biggest difference between XnView and XnView MP is that the latter is optimized for improved performance in loading times and caching. And since XnView MP is capable of working with large amounts of files, this means that you can save plenty of time when it comes to organizing your files.
With the above to consider and much more to discover about what XnView MP can offer, it's safe to say that it is indeed a feature packed media viewing and cataloging application.
Unrivaled Compatibility
XnView MP supports more than 500 image formats (including Multipage and animated still formats APNG, TIFF, GIF, ICO, etc..) and export to about 70 different file formats.
Batch Conversion
XnView MP comes with an easy to use yet powerful batch conversion module. This same module also powers XnConvert
And much more.
Virtually all of standard XnView's much loved features have been preserved in XnView MP and many features have actually been tweaked and enhanced

A practical guide to Streamline Modelling Using Python

What you'll learn
Will learn how to visualize movement of injected water in a plane Reservoir
Using a python program learn to predict waterflood performance
Will get a tool to understand the waterflood being monitored
Learn how to use a python program to assess the use of polymer-flooding for Enhanced oil Recovery in a moderately heavy oil reservoir
Requirements
Fundamental knowledge of Reseroir Engineering and familiarity with python programing
Description
This course is about how to use python to model Waterflooding. Waterflooding is the most popular secondary recovery technique widely practiced throughout E&P industry. However, there are no simple tools to model waterflood to answer some of the basic questions like when to expect breakthrough of water, how the flood front looks like, are there any opportunities to improve ongoing waterflood and how heterogeneities impact waterflood performance.Although Commercial Numerical Simulation approaches are available, they require specialised training which is time consuming. With the popularity of python, it is possible to understand the intricacies of a waterflood process in a more transparent manner. The course is meant for Reservoir Engineers, Geoscientists working in Sub Surface team and all those concerned with reservoir management of waterflood processes in an oil field. Working knowledge of python/running python programs in a GoogleColab environment is assumed. The participants will get an in-depth view of how injected water moves from water injection wells to oil production wells. They will explore the python programs to study various kinds of sensitivities of waterflood performance to placement of injectors and producers and how the heterogeneities in permeability and effective thickness will impact waterflood performance. It will also provide an insight in on how the convective and diffusive displacement takes place along streamlines.

Description
This course is aimed at New Zealand Level 3 Physics students, and intends to get them started studying for scholarship physics. It has 10 lessons, and each lesson covers a new idea, provides examples and scaffolding and then sets the students a task to practice themselves. Over the first few lessons, students are scaffolded from answering NCEA level physics questions, all the way to answering scholarship level questions. By the end of the course, students will have all the knowledge to finish preparing for this scholarship exam independently. Whilst this is aimed at students, teachers who are looking for inspiration may want to use the course materials to make their own 1 term unit (10 weekly lessons), to teach their own scholarship students. However, it need not be taught over 1 term; an independent student, might get through all the lessons on their own in a few days. The 10 lessons are:IntroductionScholarship style questionsThe curriculumAnswering your first scholarship questionDimensional AnalysisDealing with new physics conceptsMath skillsCoordinate systems and componentsExplanation QuestionsSummaryThis material is the same material that I have used for the past 10 years with my scholarship students, of which I have taught dozens of students that have been successful.
