Course will explain the basics tecniques use while we are drilling to investigate the subsurface and the aroud layers to understand porosity and principale properties of layers.Petroleum applications of acoustic-wave-propagation theory and physics include both:Surface-geophysical methodsBorehole-geophysical methodsAcoustic logging is a subset of borehole-geophysical acoustic techniques.Acoustic logging includes those techniques that use a transducer to transmit an acoustic wave through the fluid in the well and surrounding elastic materials. Several different types of acoustic logs are used, based on the frequencies used, the way the signal is recorded, and the purpose of the log. All these logs require fluid in the well to couple the signal to the surrounding rocks. Hello and welcome to my new course 'The Complete Dummies Guide to MongoDB Server'. You already know that in this information technology age 'data' is everything. And a Database is the place where these information is stored in tables. There are two types of database. A structured database and also there is un-structured or no-sql kind of database. We will learn about the No-SQL kind of database and the most popular No-SQL databases the Mongo DB Server in this course. Here is an overview about the sessions that are included in this course.In the first session, we will have an introduction to database. Then we will see the concepts of SQL or Structured Query Language which is used in RDBMS in comparison with the No-SQL or non-RDBMS. And in the next session, we will move on to the basics of MongoDB server. We will see how we can install the MongoDB Community Edition into your computer and then we will download the MongoDB compass, which is a tool and the user interface. Also we will install the MongoDB shell which is a command line interface. And later we will connect Compass and Mongosh with our MongoDB Server that is running in the background. And then we will move on with MongoDB basic operations. We will see how we can select a database, create a collection and insert documents into that collection. These will be done both through the command line as well as the graphical user interface.In the next session we will see more details about the MongoDB collections. We will Create, Show and Drop collections with various options.And then we will get ourselves familiarized with the JSON and BSON formats which is used in Mongo DB. Then in the comming set of sessions, we will see the CRUD operations. The Create Operation with Insert One, Insert Many and their options. We will try the create operation both graphically as well as using command interface.Then comes the Read operation with Find method. We will explore different options of the find method.After that the update operation using the methods updateone, update many, find and modify, find and replace and the varions options that we can use along with these operations. We will try them both graphically and using the mongosh command line.And then finally the delete operations. Single delete using delete one and multiple delete using delete many. We will also try the bulk write operations in MongoDB.And then we will proceed with the basic operators of mongodb. Before we proceed we will create a nice collection by which we can demonstrate the operators. After that we will see how we can use the Equal and Not Equal Operators, Less than and greater than operators, and and nor operator, in and not in operation. We will also try examples for each operation.Then we will proceed with more complex operations like projection operation in mongodb which is similar to views in SQL where we can select ony the data we want. Then the limiting query, Skipping query and Sorting query operations for manipulation of result.In the next session, we will see the index and how search is using this index to make search easier. We will see the default index mechanism of mongodb and how we can override it and add new indexes, verify them and delete them and also about the text indexes.Then we will proceed with the concept of document atomicity in which all the documents and its related subdocuments are kept in the same collection and how we can manipulate it during specific actions.After that we will try the search and find operation using Regular Expressions. We can precisely manipulate the search operaton using Regular Expressions pattern matching. Then we will have a detailed session on the cursors in mongodb. Cursors return a pointer pointing to the documents in mongodb. We will create curors, retrive as an array and also we will iterate through the curors using javascript looping statements.Then we will have an elaborate session about the aggregation operation in mongo db. Just like joins in rdbms, it will combine data from different collections, perform conditions and sorting and deliver the result. We will see the single purpose aggregations like distinct, count, estimated document count etc and then we will see the agression pipeline. The different stages in aggregation pipleline. We will try a simple and also an advanced example from the mongodb official documentation. In the final session, I will also be providing you with the link to a free learning material from the mongodb official documentation if you want to dive more deep into mongodb aggregations and different operators and conditions used in it.And that's all about the topics which are currently included in this quick course. The sample database and the materials has been uploaded and shared in a folder. I will include the link to download them in the last session or the resource section of this course. I am Aman Varma, Counseling Psychologist and a man who has a business, social life and so many things going on that occasionally I will worry just like you. In the past, I had developed an Anxiety disorder and excess worry issues. I recovered from them and decided to share my insights as well as a CBT psychotherapy-based plan to overcome worry & anxiety. In this course, I share with you a step-by-step plan to put an end to this burden and live mental light. 'Worry' is the epitome of non-productive distress, because although it is by definition distressing, it also impairs the person's ability to resolve any problems that realistically underlie the worry. Anxiety is one of the most common mental and emotional health issues globally, which we've been trying to alleviate for a long time. Fortunately, we have Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. CBT is the most evidence-based (proven by science) approach to help people deal with their anxiety challenges and allow them to live the life they want. CBT is one of the most commonly used approaches to tackle anxiety. This course is built on Understanding Trauma: The Basics. The instructor will walk learners through a quick review of the basics of trauma. After this, learners will take a deeper dive into the impact of trauma both neurologically and behaviorally in order to gain a better understanding of themselves and others.When an intense stressor or threat happens, a biological cycle occurs to prepare the body for mobilization. However, when this cycle is unable to complete the body will become stuck in the trauma response. When stuck, people might find themselves in a chronic state of either mobilization (fight or flight) or immobilization (freeze or collapse). The instructor will review the areas that "stuckness" can happen in this cycle and then tie together the meaning of unmet needs, the threat response system, and self-protective defenses through the lens of a trauma cycle. Finally, tools are offered to support others and oneself when in this system to move out of stuckness into a complete cycle.What is primarily taught in your course? Understanding the impact of trauma on the behavioral and biological responses that might come from a survival system. In addition, learners will gain tools to work with the threat response system.

TransMac is an intuitive program that can copy files to and from Macintosh disks, enabling you to create and burn CD or a DVD images with ease. It's a powerful software solution that allows you to copy any type of file to and from Mac OS X-formatted disks which can't be accessed from Microsoft's operating system.

Thanks to a very clean and easy to navigate interface, TransMac is designed to allow users transfer files to and from HFS (Mac OS Standard) and HFS+/HFSX (Mac OS Extended and case sensitive) disks. The application automatically detects the Macintosh disks, regardless if they are regular hard drives, CDs, DVDs or removable drives. Of course, it allows users perform a number of actions, including reading and writing data, but also copy, rename and delete files and folder just like on a regular disk.
Additionally, TransMac comes with dedicated features to help users format any disk to be later accessed from Mac OS X, but also burn images in various formats, including DMG, IMG and ISO. Last but not least, it sports a comprehensive search tool to search for virtually any type of file, but also for extensions and other type of data that may be stored on the Macintosh hard disks.
There are three different settings menus, "General", "PC" and "Mac", so you can even configure the way you access Mac-formatted disks. For instance, TransMac supports read-only access but, in case you wish to benefit from all its features, you need to enable read/write access. TransMac works flawlessly and it doesn't affect computer performance at all, leaving just a minimal footprint on hardware resources. Windows 7 users however need administrator privileges to enable all features of the app.
This is one of the most effective ways to control your Macintosh hard disks from a Windows workstation and thanks to its straightforward interface and a comprehensive help file, it can be safely used by all types of users.

Algonaut has announced the release of a massive update to its Atlas software designed to turn samples into music.

The Atlas 2 drum machine and sample manager brings new features such as a fast and powerful Drum Sequencer, Sample Variation/Humanization engine, and a new Content Browser that makes managing and recombining drum kits and sequencers easy. On top of this there are hundreds of smaller improvements to every aspect of the original Atlas.
In particular the Drum Sequencer has been built from the start to be fast but flexible. The idea was to take the workflow-speed of traditional step-sequencers (like the much-loved FL-Studio one), but give it the extra flexibility of piano-roll editors when you need it. Get that idea down fast while it's fresh. then tweak in all the little flourishes that make a beat really come alive.
The new Content Browser shines once you've got a few beats. Easily bring in patterns or sounds from other beats, remake and remix them, and build a library that sounds like you. Sometimes you want to just sit down and jump straight into trying song ideas and Atlas is now the fastest way to do that while maintaining your own style.
At the start of 2020 I set a personal goal to create a beat every single day in Atlas 2 while it was being developed. Many of the beta testers did the same. The result was hundreds of major and minor improvements along the way. Sometimes a button was too hard to click, or a feature was not accessible enough, or even some feature that seemed like a good idea on paper was just bloat in reality. It all got tweaked, finessed, or fixed.
