TeamTalk is an application that allows users to have full control over their communication channel, as it enables access to publicly available rooms (hosted on TeamTalk's server) or the creation of a fully customized, standalone server.

The installation process and exploring the application's menu and options
The service is a multi-platform utility that supports connectivity to Windows OS, macOS, and Linux distributions. As such, you can remotely connect people from all places and backgrounds, and you can have the added benefit of flexibility. Unlike other modern tools that rely on a third-party server for hosting the actual conference, with this app, you have the plus of extra control, configuration, and security.
For example, when you install TeamTalk for the first time, you can test it out and connect to different publicly available channels. Moreover, the app always displays at hand the most important aspects of a meeting. In the right side panel, you have the options for accessing the chat window, the video-sharing, the desktops involved, and the files that are shared within that conference meeting.
Furthermore, you can easily adjust your microphone and volume with the corresponding commands, record the conversations on disk (saved locally), enable/disable push talk, video transmission, voice activation, or desktop sharing, stream media files to the entire channel, upload/download files from the conference, ban certain users from the channel, and restrict, allow, or intercept communication with other users (depending on your and the other one's user status).
Server and channel administration and additional options
The option to create channel(s) for you and your team to have private talks about the products, services, and strategies you are developing is great. For example, as a sysadmin in your company, you can get a new communication channel up in no time. You can distribute user roles, create new accounts, broadcast messages, configure your server's properties, as well as access the server statistics data, all with the same client application.
Final considerations
To summarize, this program might not be comparable with others alike when it comes to its user interface, but it surely offers solid instruments for those who value customizations and security.

There are so many amazing tools but I decided to teach "Audience Perspective" as the hearing needs to learn something important. This helps to stimulate the interest of the Deaf audience. The Audience Perspective focuses on what we as signers are delivering to our intended audience. Understanding what the listener perceives is often more important than the preconceived concept we may have in our head. For example, delving right into details can leave our audience questioning where and why and how. On the other hand, sharing information that builds a picture but does not put the focus on your main point can also leave the listener confused. In this workshop, we dissect how to create the image you want by first considering your lens. Where you begin using descriptive classifiers can lead the mind of the audience to a different perspective. So we delve deeper into how to give visual clarity through signs (namely by the use of 3D) and make sure the vision in your head matches completely what your listener imagines.This is life with the sound off. If you really met a deaf person, how would you speak to them? This set of videos helps prepare you for what it is like to truly interact with a deaf person so that you can be confident to speak with anyone. Pretty cool, right!

Creating and combining soft and sharp shapes can be tricky when you're learning watercolours. Painting wet-in-wet is often associated with a loss of control. Without an understanding of timing, you can create a mess!But don't worry, I'm going to show you the importance of timing when painting wet-in-wet. I'll show you how to gain control, and layer effectively to create some soft textures such as shrubs and grass, while painting sharp highlights on the rocks, boats and water. It's easier than you think! Wet-in-wet techniques brings out the natural strengths of watercolour, and is essential for your watercolour journey. Creating fine details to finish off your painting are crucial when painting trees, rocks and grass, as it creates contrast and interest. But understanding when to add them in is crucial.Before we start with the painting, I'll show you how to simplify shapes and sketch in large shapes such as sky, water, shadows, trees, grass and land.
