Description
I truly believe BIG new forming habits and IMPACTFUL strategies do not necessarily mean spending many resources in terms of time and money. We need of course some time to study certain unwanted behaviors and devise "simple" changes that can result in a remarkable outcome in the way we do things. This course will shed some light and broaden your perspective on how to look at designing your products and services in a way that increases turnovers, and interactions and overall improve customer experience, referring to contemporary proven theories.Backed up by some solid scientific data in the literature, we will harness the power of behavioral science and behavioral economics to design and create services that are impactful and lead us to the best interactions with customers. What would NOT you learn here? There is a fine line between what behavioral science can achieve positively and how it can be exploited in some deceitful ways. I will NOT teach you tips and tricks to make your customers sedated and unaware of what sort of strategies are being applied to them. Rather, we will explore how we can make changes for wanted positive behaviors with lesser frictions.Who should be taking this?Simply, anyone who is interested in improving the customer experience in his/he firm! Description
Conflict management: Regain control over Difficult People - a practical approach to using assertiveness when dealing with Toxic People in a team.Toxicity is the new hot label. We often blame others for toxicity, thinking we know everything about it. But this is not always the case. And the participants in the discussion do not always perceive the question in the same terms. Therefore, I propose another approach to systematizing toxicity in order to put everything in its place.Learn to spot the first signs of toxicity before it sprouts throughout the organization and becomes part of a culture where there is no place for a team. Let's analyze what options there are for interacting with people of different types of toxicity and which solutions are preferable in which case. We also look at ourselves and our behavior and think about what we can do if something goes wrong (How to set personal boundaries And consider Personal Transition Curve)Toxicity primarily affects values. When suddenly there is a person in the team who does not invest the way the others do, does other things, avoids responsibility, imitates violent activity, whines, puts himself above others, this demotivates the others. And if nothing is done, the team will inevitably fall apart.Let's figure out together how to prevent this! See you on the course!

Description
Machine Learning Engineer is a rewarding, in demand role, and increasingly important to organizations moving building data intensive services in the cloud. The Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification is one of the field's most recognized credentials. This course will help prepare you to take and pass the exam. Specifically, this course will help you understand the details of:Building and deploying ML models to solve business challenges using Google Cloud services and best practices for machine learning Aspects of machine learning model architecture, data pipelines structures, optimization, as well as monitoring model performance in productionFundamental concepts of model development, infrastructure management, data engineering, and data governancePreparing data, optimizing storage formats, performing exploratory data analysis, and handling missing dataFeature engineering, data augmentation, and feature encoding to maximize the likelihood of building successful modelsUnderstand responsible AI throughout the ML development process and apply proper controls and governance to ensure fairness in machine learning models. By the end of this course, you will know how to use Google Cloud services for machine learning and just as importantly, you will understand machine learning concepts and techniques needed to use those services effectively.Unlike courses that set out to teach you how to use particular Google Cloud services, this course is designed to teach you services as well as all the topics covered in the Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Exam Guide, including machine learning fundamentals and techniques. The course begins with a discussion of framing business problems as machine learning problems followed by a chapter on the technical framing on ML problems. We next review the architecture of training pipelines and supporting ML*services in Google Cloud, such as:Vertex AI DatasetsAutoMLVertex AI WorkbenchesCloud StorageBigQueryCloud DataflowCloud Dataproc. Machine learning and infrastructure and security are reviewed next. We then shift focus to building and implementing machine learning models starting with managing and preparing data for machine learning, building machine learning models, and training and testing machine learning models. This is followed by chapters on machine learning serving and monitoring and tuning and optimizing both the training and serving of machine learning models.Machine learning operations, also known as MLOps, borrow heavily from software engineering practices. As a machine engineer, you will use your understanding of software engineering practices and apply them to machine learning. Machine learning engineers know how to use ML tools, build models, deploy to production, and monitor ML services. They also know how to tune pipelines and optimize the use of compute and storage resources.*Machine learning engineers and data engineers complement each other. Data engineers build services and pipelines for collecting, storing, and managing data while machine learning engineers use those data services as a starting point for accessing data and building ML models to solve specific business problems.

Description
Introduction to SurferWelcome to Surfer, a powerful contouring, gridding, and surface mapping package for scientists, engineers, educators, or anyone who needs to generate maps quickly and easily. Producing publication quality maps has never been quicker or easier. Adding multiple map layers and objects, customizing the map display, and annotating with text creates attractive and informative maps. Virtually all aspects of your maps can be customized to produce the exact presentation you want.Surfer is a grid-based mapping program that interpolates irregularly spaced XYZ data into a regularly spaced grid. Grids may also be imported from other sources, such as the United States Geological Survey (USGS). The grid is used to produce different types of maps including contour, color relief, and 3D surface maps among others. Many gridding and mapping options are available allowing you to produce the map that best represents your data.An extensive suite of gridding methods is available in Surfer. The variety of available methods provides different interpretations of your data, and allows you to choose the most appropriate method for your needs. In addition, data metrics allow you to map statistical information about your gridded data. Surface area, projected planar area, and volumetric calculations can be performed quickly in Surfer. Cross-sectional profiles can also be computed and exported. The grid files can be edited, combined, filtered, sliced, queried, and mathematically transformed. For example, grids can be sliced to create cross-sectional profiles, or the Grids | Calculate | Isopach command can be used to create an isopach map from two grid files. Grids can be edited with an intuitive user interface in the grid editor.
