Description
*Printable online certificate available upon completion of course*

Cryptography has been used for thousands of years to help to provide confidential communications between mutually trusted parties. In its most basic form, two people, often denoted as Alice and Bob, have agreed on a particular secret key. At some later time, Alice may wish to send a secret message to Bob (or Bob might want to send a message to Alice). The key is used to transform the original message (which is usually termed the plaintext) into a scrambled form that is unintelligible to anyone who does not possess the key. This process is called encryption and the scrambled message is called the ciphertext. When Bob receives the ciphertext, he can use the key to transform the ciphertext back into the original plaintext; this is the decryption process. A cryptosystem constitutes a complete specification of the keys and how they are used to encrypt and decrypt information. Various types of cryptosystems of increasing sophistication have been used for many purposes throughout history. Important applications have included sensitive communications between political leaders and/or royalty, military maneuvers, etc. However, with the development of the internet and applications such as electronic commerce, many new diverse applications have emerged. These include scenarios such as encryption of passwords, credit card numbers, email, documents, files, and digital media.

It should also be mentioned that cryptographic techniques are also widely used to protect stored data in addition to data that is transmitted from one party to another. For example, users may wish to encrypt data stored on laptops, on external hard disks, in the cloud, in databases, etc. Additionally, it might be useful to be able to perform computations on encrypted data (without first decrypting the data).

The development and deployment of a cryptosystem must address the issue of security. Traditionally, the threat that cryptography addressed was that of an eavesdropping adversary who might intercept the ciphertext and attempt to decrypt it. If the adversary happens to possess the key, then there is nothing that can be done. Thus the main security consideration involves an adversary who does not possess the key, who is still trying to decrypt the ciphertext. The techniques used by the adversary to attempt to "break" the cryptosystem are termed cryptanalysis. The most obvious type of cryptanalysis is to try to guess the key. An attack wherein the adversary tries to decrypt the ciphertext with every possible key in turn is termed an exhaustive key search. When the adversary tries the correct key, the plaintext will be found, but when any other key is used, the "decrypted" ciphertext will likely be random gibberish. So an obvious first step in designing a secure cryptosystem is to specify a very large number of possible keys, so many that the adversary will not be able to test them all in any reasonable amount of time.

Basics of Python Programming Language
Description
Python is a powerful yet easy-to-use programming language developed by Guido van Rossum, first released in 1991. With Python, you can quickly write a small project. But Python also scales up nicely and can be used for mission-critical, commercial applications. If you check out any Python documentation, you may notice an alarming number of references to spam, eggs, and the number 42. These references all pay homage to Monty Python, the English comedy troupe that inspired Python's name. Even though Guido van Rossum named Python after the group, the official mascot of the language has become the python snake. (Which is really for the best, since it would be pretty hard to fit six British comedians' faces on a program icon anyway.) There are a lot of programming languages out there. What's so great about Python?

Python Is Easy to Use

The major goal of any programming language is to bridge the gap between the programmer's brain and the computer. Most of the popular languages you've probably heard of, like Visual Basic, C#, and Java, are considered high-level languages, which means that they're closer to human language than machine language. And they are. But Python, with its clear and simple rules, is even closer to English. Creating Python programs is so straightforward that it's been called "programming at the speed of thought." Python's ease of use translates into productivity for professional programmers. Python programs are shorter and take less time to create than programs in many other popular languages.

Python Is Powerful

Python has all the power you'd expect from a modern programming language. By the end of this book, you'll be able to write programs that employ a GUI, process files, and use a variety of data structures. Python is powerful enough to attract developers from around the world as well as companies such as Google, IBM, Industrial Light + Magic, Microsoft, NASA, Red Hat, Verizon, Xerox, and Yahoo!. Python is also used as a tool by professional game programmers. Electronic Arts, 2K Games, and the Disney Interactive Media Group all publish games that incorporate Python

Python Is Object-Oriented

Object-oriented programming (OOP) is a modern approach to solving problems with computers. It embodies an intuitive method of representing information and actions in a program. It's certainly not the only way to write programs, but, for large projects, it's often the best way to go Languages like C#, Java, and Python are all object-oriented. But Python does them one better. In C# and Java, OOP is not optional. This makes short programs unnecessarily complex, and it requires a bunch of explanations before a new programmer can do anything significant. Python takes a different approach. In Python, using OOP techniques is optional. You have all of OOP's power at your disposal, but you can use it when you need it. Got a short program that doesn't really require OOP? No problem. Got a large project with a team of programmers that demands OOP? That'll work too. Python gives you power and flexibility.

Python Is a "Glue" Language

Python can be integrated with other languages such as C, C++, and Java. This means that a programmer can take advantage of work already done in another language while using Python. It also means that he or she can leverage the strengths of other languages, such as the extra speed that C or C++ might offer, while still enjoying the ease of development that's a hallmark of Python programming.

Python Runs Everywhere

Python runs on everything from a Palm to a Cray. And if you don't happen to have a supercomputer in the den, you can still run Python on Windows, Macintosh, or Linux machines. And that's just the top of the list. Python programs are platform-independent, which means that regardless of the operating system you use to create your program, it'll run on any other computer with Python. So if you write a program on your PC, you can e-mail a copy to your friend who runs Linux or to your aunt who has a Mac, and the program will work (as long as your friend and aunt have Python installed on their computers).

Python Has a Strong Community

Most programming languages have a dedicated newsgroup, but Python also has something called the Python Tutor mailing list, a more informal way for beginning programmers to ask those first questions. Although the list is called tutor, anyone, whether novice or expert, can answer questions. There are other Python communities focused on different areas, but the common element they share is that they tend to be friendly and open. That only makes sense since the language itself is so approachable for beginners.

Python Is Free and Open Source

Python is free. You can install it on your computer and never pay a penny. But Python's license lets you do much more than that. You can copy or modify Python. You can even resell Python if you want (but don't quit your day job just yet). Embracing open-source ideals like this is part of what makes Python so popular and successful.

Description
Accuracy and repeatability are different measures. Repeatability is usually the most important criterion for a robot and is similar to the concept of 'precision' in measurement-see accuracy and precision. ISO 9283[16] sets out a method whereby both accuracy and repeatability can be measured. Typically a robot is sent to a taught position a number of times and the error is measured at each return to the position after visiting 4 other positions. Repeatability is then quantified using the standard deviation of those samples in all three dimensions. A typical robot can, of course make a positional error exceeding that and that could be a problem for the process. Moreover, the repeatability is different in different parts of the working envelope and also changes with speed and payload. ISO 9283 specifies that accuracy and repeatability should be measured at maximum speed and at maximum payload. But this results in pessimistic values whereas the robot could be much more accurate and repeatable at light loads and speeds. Repeatability in an industrial process is also subject to the accuracy of the end effector, for example a gripper, and even to the design of the 'fingers' that match the gripper to the object being grasped. For example, if a robot picks a screw by its head, the screw could be at a random angle. A subsequent attempt to insert the screw into a hole could easily fail. These and similar scenarios can be improved with 'lead-ins' e.g. by making the entrance to the hole tapered.

Bubble Sort, Selection Sort and Insertion Sort

What you'll learn:
FPGA Sort Algorithm

Requirements
People who are interested in FPGA

Description
This series of lessons will focus on the FPGA sort algorithm introduction, verilog coding and simulation. It includes bubble sort , selection sort and insertion sort three parts:

(1) Bubble Sort:

Bubble sort, sometimes referred to as sinking sort, is a simple sorting algorithm that repeatedly steps through the list, compares adjacent elements and swaps them if they are in the wrong order. The pass through the list is repeated until the list is sorted. The algorithm, which is a comparison sort, is named for the way smaller or larger elements "bubble" to the top of the list. This bubble sort is a very classic sort algorithm. It is often used in the job interview. It is also a good way to practice the verilog coding skill;

(2) Selection Sort:

The algorithm divides the input list into two parts: a sorted sublist of items which is built up from left to right at the front (left) of the list and a sublist of the remaining unsorted items that occupy the rest of the list. Initially, the sorted sublist is empty and the unsorted sublist is the entire input list. The algorithm proceeds by finding the smallest (or largest, depending on sorting order) element in the unsorted sublist, exchanging (swapping) it with the leftmost unsorted element (putting it in sorted order), and moving the sublist boundaries one element to the right.

(3) Insertion Sort:

Insertion sort iterates, consuming one input element each repetition, and grows a sorted output list. At each iteration, insertion sort removes one element from the input data, finds the location it belongs within the sorted list, and inserts it there. It repeats until no input elements remain.

German for You A2/B1: Grammar, Elementary to Intermediate

d04e79a919055676868e6b2d07788050.jpeg

MP4 | Video: h264, 1280x720 | Audio: AAC, 44100 Hz
Language: English | Size: 1.65 GB | Duration: 5h 53m

What you'll learn
All the important German grammar points on an A2/B1 level in detail with additional tips & information
Reflexive verbs, prepositional phrases, passive voice, word order, subjunctive, Genitiv and many more interesting topics
Core structures and grammar that will take your German to the next level
Structures that will help you understand and express and describe more complex thoughts and situations
Requirements
This is an A2 and B1 course, so before taking it you should have covered the grammar points of the level A1.
The exact topics that are fundamental for this course are listed in the lecture overview of my course 'German for You A1: Grammar for Beginners'.
I will give in-course translations for the example sentences except the very basics, so you should also know some basic German vocabulary.
Description
If you are studying German anywhere from the beginning of A2 until the end of B1, this course is for you!

How does a German 'complain himself'? What is the difference between 'kennen' and 'wissen'? Why do I need three different ways of expressing the subjunctive mood? And where do I place the word 'nicht'? These and many more questions will be answered in this course.

You will learn all the important German grammar points and more on an elementary to intermediate level (A2 to B1). Please make sure that you have covered the A1 grammar points as they are a prerequisite for this course. You can check the lecture/topic list of my A1 grammar course to see which topics exactly are concerned.

I will illustrate the grammar points with many real-life examples that are translated in-course, so you will be able to pick up quite a bit of vocabulary as well. There is also a pdf-worksheet attached to almost all lectures with exercises, and some of them contain additional information.

The German language levels concerning grammar (A1-B1) don't have a clear-cut curriculum. Some topics are typically taught on certain levels but depending on the course they might come up sooner or later. So if you switch courses, you might miss out on some material. To give you a better orientation, I added the levels to my course lectures in which the topic typically appears first.

Lecture (A2): usually comes up in level A2

Lecture (B1): usually comes up in level B1

Lecture (Plus): Often not or not covered in the common level-oriented curriculum

In my experience, the A2 topics are of interest to intermediate learners because in common textbooks they are often brought up but not worked out in detail. Many learners go into the B1 level with a lot of A2-questions unanswered. That's why I included them - in detail, with hopefully all questions answered.

I hope your learning experience will be splendid! And now let's get started - Los geht's!

Who this course is for:
A2, B1 and B2 students - from advanced beginner up to higher intermediate.
Higher intermediate and advanced learners who want to brush up on their grammar.
Students who prefer to study in a structured manner.
People who study German for work or university and need clear and precise information.

So what I am doing here in the experience now I call it experience as it is not exactly a course even though I do teach you the basics of EFT, what I aim to do is give a experience similar to having a one to one EFT session here with me in my therapy room.
