Topaz Gigapixel AI 4.9.4.1 (x64)

3aa1e1ed3948df131b169709dcabfe1f.jpg

Topaz Gigapixel AI 4.9.4.1 (x64) | 1.10 Gb
Beautiful photo enlargements using machine learning. Enlarging your image without losing detail has always been impossible... until now. Upscale your photos by up to 600% while perfectly preserving image quality.

Enlarge Images by up to 600%
Create a beautiful 80 x 60 inch print from a simple iPhone photo. Or transform your DSLR photos into sharp and ultra-detailed 100MP images.

Use truly intelligent upscaling
After being trained with millions of sample images, Gigapixel can now enlarge your images with a surprising level of quality.

Get crisp and clear results.
Gigapixel performs around 2 million operations per pixel to get you results with as much detail and sharpness as possible.

No more fuzzy enlargements.
Breathtakingly sharp prints. High-resolution cropping in post-production. iPhone photos that look like they came out of a DSLR. No matter why you're enlarging your photos, you always want the best possible quality for your results. AI Gigapixel is currently the only photo enlargement product available that can actually add detail back to your upscaled photo.

Recover real details for actual sharpness
Increasing edge contrast is the simplest way to make an image look "sharp", and how most other upscaling software works. Gigapixel is different: it increases the actual sharpness of your upscaled photo by recovering real detail in your image. This is only possible through training and exposure to millions of test images.

Crisp photos that look like they were never upscaled
It's hard to believe that the crisp output image above was enlarged 4x, but it was. Gigapixel AI successfully determines which image features are stars (detail) and what's noise. Then, it naturally accentuates and recovers detail while suppressing noise in your upscaled photo.

The highest-quality image upscaling that you can get anywhere
Because of these exceptional results, Gigapixel AI is used by everyone from leading photographers, to video game modders, to major motion studios. If you ever need to upscale your photo while preserving beautiful detail, take advantage of the most modern technology in the space and give Gigapixel AI a try.

Image enlargement: interpolation vs machine learning

Interpolation-based photo enlargement software has been around for decades. Gigapixel's new approach based on machine learning is a giant leap ahead: state-of-the-art "deep learning" methods allow it to enlarge images while actually adding new details.

Interpolation
Interpolation algorithms work by approximating new pixels from the colors of surrounding ones. This does not add any detail to the image, it just smoothes out the transition between pixels.

Neural Network (Gigapixel AI)
A neural network analyzes thousands of photo pairs to learn how details usually get lost. The algorithm learns to "fill in" information in new images based on what it has learned... effectively adding new detail to your photo.

Modern websites with a few clicks
Web 2.0 Buttons, Transparent Shapes, Gradients at your finger tips with a few simple clicks in WebsitePainter, you can create all the shapes you need for modern websites. No endless drawing of images, editing of CSS styles and HTML elements anymore.

Exact placement for pixel perfect layouting
Websitepainter WebsitePainter allows you to place all elements of your Website exactly where you want them to be, by simply clicking and moving them. No comlex layouting rules are needed anymore, WebsitePainter will take care of this and generate the HTML site as you want it to look for you. This may sound trivial, but the sad reality is that with the complex layout system of todays HTML standard, this has become a tricky task for Website designers, but WebsitePainter removes this burden.

Create Slideshows, Menus and Image Galleries with just a few clicks
Websitepainter WebsitePainter has built-in support for dynamic HTML content. You can for example create dynamic SlideShow with a list of images which will fade in and out at an adjustable speed. It is also possible to create some buttons or links to make the slideshow more interactive, to manually switch to the next or previous image. Same for menus and image galleries. Everything without programming, just with a few clicks.

Supports Absolute as well as Dynamically Sized Layouts
Websitepainter As opposed to other website editors, Website painter does not only support absolute layouting of websites, but is also able to create dynamically sized elements: Want a side bar spanning the whole left of the screen? Need a bottom menu area? Or two? Not a problem with WebsitePainter. Just use the editor's 'Layout Containers' for this.

Create HTML, PHP and ASP pages
Websitepainter WebsitePainter is not limited to creating HTML pages, you can also use it to create PHP, ASP and other pages. Simple set the extension for a page and WebsitePainter will do the rest for you. With the HTML-Code element, you can even directly edit your PHP, ASP or whatever code in WebsitePainter.

Full control over the generated HTML code
If you need more control about the HTML code generated by WebsitePainter, you can also edit it yourself. Simply right-click any element and select the menu 'HTML Code...'. Here you can view the generated HTML code for that element, or even insert your own html attributes, javascript handlers and more, if you want to.

Supports all Languages through Unicode
WebsitePainter supports Unicode, that means it is possible to create Websites in any language, be it English, German, Korean, Chinese, Russian, Japanese, whatever you like.

Launch Your Career in the Music Business. Success Begins with Creativity & Fundamentals in Entrepreneurship, Law, and Music Business Structure.

Music Business Foundations
This course has been developed to provide students with the latest instruction on the best way for creators, consumers, and facilitators to navigate the resurgence of one of the world's most exciting industries: the music business. Three things are clear about today's music industry: The consumption of music is expanding at the greatest rate in history and from the most portals ever imagined, the cost of producing music is decreasing, and the number of artists creating and seeking to expose their work and develop careers through the Internet has increased dramatically. Whether you're a music creator, consumer, or facilitator of this process, you'll want to understand the history, underpinnings, and basics of the music business. Course author John Kellogg-administrator, educator, entertainment lawyer, performer, and radio and television personality-offers students the opportunity to learn the fundamental principles of the developing new music business, for now and into the future.

What you'll learn: - The basic history of the music industry and today's business trends - How recording agreements are formulated - The basics of copyright law as it pertains to the music business - The role of agents, managers, attorneys, and specific business entities

Building Your Career in Music: Developing A Brand and Funding Your Music
This course shares practical tips and strategies to help you take your first step into launching your career as a musical artist. We'll cover everything from developing your unique identity as an artist and how to lead a band all the way to planning and recording your first independent record with the help of crowdfunding.

The course curriculum is modeled from the real-world experience of Leah Waldo (also known as the emerging country artist, Elisa Smith) and features interviews with industry executives, artists, producers, and engineers - all designed to help you navigate the music industry.

Copyright Law in the Music Business
In this course taught by E. Michael Harrington, students will learn the basis for copyright including what is and is not covered by copyright law. This course will help clarify what rights artists have as creators as well as what the public is free to take from their work. Students will also learn what to do if someone copies their work and what to do if they are accused of copying someone else. Finally, the course will discuss how technology has changed copyright for the better (and worse) and how copyright laws may change in the coming years.

Creativity And Entrepreneurship
Creativity & Entrepreneurship will help you tap into your inner creativity and learn how to leverage it for career development or business innovation.

Presented by Berklee Institute for Creative Entrepreneurship founder Panos Panay, this course features interviews with world renown entrepreneurs, innovators, songwriters, producers, creative directors, educators, performers, visual artists and chefs as they discuss parallels between the creative and entrepreneurial journeys. The course approaches entrepreneurship as a creative process, a fundamental human instinct that we all possess and can unlock. Creativity & Entrepreneurship applies concepts from the creative and musical creation process, such as observing, prototyping, iterating and embracing failure, as a means of guiding you through the concept of thinking like a startup. You will develop the basic mindset, knowledge, and insights required to pursue an entrepreneurial career, whether as the steward of your own career or as the founder of a new business in any field. Creativity & Entrepreneurship is about the side of entrepreneurship you won't learn at a business school but, instead, in the music studio. What you'll learn: How to approach your career or startup as if learning a musical instrument Why entrepreneurship, like creativity, is something we all possess How to apply "the musician mindset" as means to collaboration and creative problem solving Why songwriting is a perfect parallel to career and product development Why there's more to entrepreneurship than business plans and spreadsheets much like there's more to music than scales and lead sheets

Write, Record, and Produce Your Own Music. Learn how to produce your own music and launch your music career.

Songwriting: Writing the Lyrics
There's a songwriter lurking somewhere inside you, peeking around corners, wondering if it's safe to come out. Now it is. This course is an invitation to let your inner songwriter step into the sunlight. All it takes is a simple "yes" and you'll be climbing that windy hill, marveling at the view.

If you haven't written any or many songs, this course will show you an efficient, effective process for tailoring songs to express your ideas and emotions. If you have, you'll look at your process differently, taking control of aspects of the process you may have not noticed. The course will start by examining the tools available to you, all revolving around the essential concept of prosody. You'll learn to use your tools to enhance your message-to work compositionally at the same time you're developing your ideas. You'll be working both lyrically and musically, though musically it's not necessary that you either read music or play an instrument. If you play, great, and you'll be encouraged to play and record your musical responses to the assignments. If you don't play, the course offers you a number of musical loops to work with. All you'll have to do is sing your melodies over the loops. Assignments will ask you to post something for peer review-sometimes lyric lines or sections, sometimes melodies, sometimes both. None of it has to be polished. The course is about writing, not performing. Most important, you'll have a lot of fun.

The Art of Music Production
Explore the art of record production and how to make recordings that other people will love listening to. This course will teach you how to make emotionally moving recordings on almost any recording equipment, including your phone or laptop. The emphasis is on mastering tangible artistic concepts; the gear you use is up to you. You will learn to develop the most important tool in the recording studio: your ears. You will learn to enhance every aspect of your own productions, both sonically and musically, by employing deeper listening skills.

Assignments will include posting your own recordings for peer review, and reviewing your classmates' work by employing specific tools and strategies. If you use a digital audio workstation to record and mix, that's great, but as long as you can record into your computer and post an MP3, you can complete the assignments. As you learn about the art of record production in this 4-week course, you will also learn about yourself and who you are as an artist and producer. It is not necessary that you read music or play an instrument to take this course.

Pro Tools Basics
Producing music is an incredibly creative process, and knowing the tools of the trade is essential in order to transmit the musical ideas in your head into the DAW in a creative and uninhibited way. Whether you have used a computer to create music before, or you have been curious about production for years, this 4-week course will give you an introductory look into the world of Avid Pro Tools and Pro Tools First.

Genre: eLearning Video / Business, Sales, Marketing
This Program Is Not For Everyone. It Is For Serious Players Only. If You're A Wannabe, Lookie-Lou or A Whiner, This is NOT For You, In a few months, you could be making an $100K-$500K a year because you joined the High-Ticket Closer™ Certification Program. How do I know?

Because I will be PERSONALLY mentoring you in LIVE weekly trainings. AND I am GIVING you the clients you need to make that kind of money.

(See Week 7 of the program schedule below).

So the question is do you want to be one of the people I work with and who I pass clients to?

If you do then read this page carefully because the truth is the High-Ticket Closer™ Certification Program is not for everyone.

The High-Ticket Closer™ Certification Program is ONLY for You if:

You want to be mentored by me, Dan Lok, in an intensive 7-week program. In this program, every week I get on a LIVE online training class where you get to learn one of my most valuable skills in life
You are ambitious and you are willing to work VERY HARD for a short period of time. In return, you get a LIFETIME of financial success
You want more money to travel the world, give back to your family or help others
You want to set your own hours, make good money, and become financially secure by having your high-income skill
You want to experience one of the most intense personal growth periods of your life
If you meet the criteria above, then certification program may be what you've been looking for. Because once you're certified...

You are getting paid $1,000.00-$3,000.00 dollars for every ONE sale you make - one sale which takes you 30-minutes or less

With these big commissions coming your way, how many sales a month do you need to cover all monthly living costs for you and your loved ones?

How many sales a month would it take you to have enough money to invest in a property or to have the seed money for a business?

How many sales do you need a month to travel the world and live a good lifestyle?

If you're like most people, you only need a few sales every month. Which means when you're having a good month you could work for 1 day, make $10,000 dollars and take the rest of the month off.

So when you think about it -

To live a comfortable 6-figure life, you only need to make 3 maybe 4 sales a month. That's it.

So while other people are networking... drop shipping... SEO-ing... making funnels... and doing this or that.... You're getting paid REAL money while doing -

Zero networking
Zero cold-calling
Zero money wasted on advertising
Zero inventory
Zero spamming people on Facebook
Zero selling friends or family
Zero technical skills
Zero trying to keep up with the latest algorithms
And keep in mind, this is NOTHING like cold-calling where you're getting rejected 95% of the time. With the leads you get from myself and the clients, you will be closing at 20-40% on average.

That is once you have know our high-ticket selling secrets. So...

Here's what you get during the 7-week program:

With these scripts, you will never be phased by any client, prospect or sales conversation again - no matter how intimidating the person you're talking to is. close someone.

How To Handle Objections and Resistance Like A KungFu Master Easily Handles A 300-Pound Boxer

Imagine never getting rejected again. Well you don't need to imagine because you'll know how to turn around any conversation at any time with this week's strategies. In this week, you get your hands dirty. The gloves comes off and you'll be practicing your moves LIVE in front of your class before dealing with REAL life clients.

Gihosoft TubeGet Pro 8.4.68

83288a3490dde9a55e44033fa33d0bb5.jpg

Gihosoft TubeGet Pro 8.4.68 | 70.2 Mb
Gihosoft TubeGet is a application dedicated to downloading YouTube clips and saving them in their original format. However, it also has an option for extracting the audio stream to save it to MP3. This type of software comes in handy if you're looking for easy ways to get YouTube tutorials, guides and other types of videos to put together an offline collection that can be played on media devices. It supports other websites aside from YouTube, such as Netflix and Vimeo.

Download and save YouTube clips or turn them into MP3s
Following a speedy setup operation, Gihosoft TubeGet brings up the main app window where you can paste YouTube links with the push of a button. Shortly after the YouTube video is identified and loaded, the utility shows another panel on the screen, where you can pick the preferred video quality, depending on how the clip was initially uploaded to YouTube.

Select the video quality or convert to MP3
You can check out the file type, resolution, encoding, bit rate and size of each file that can be downloaded, specify a saving directory on the computer, and ask the YouTube downloader to either save the video on the disk in the selected format or take out the audio stream and save it to MP3, if you want to create an MP3 music collection.

Download multiple clips at once
Even if the YouTube videos are lengthy, you can instruct Gihosoft TubeGet to download multiple clips at the same time, repeating the output configuration procedure for each movie. Once the task is finished, you can open the target location in Windows Explorer without leaving this window.

There's also a play button next to the folder icon that we can only assume was designed to load the downloaded clip in the default media player. However, it works just as the other one: opens the target location in Windows Explorer.

Stylish and fast YouTube downloader
Videos were quickly downloaded as well as converted to MP3 in our tests. The tool had no trouble preserving the HD quality (without conversion) and it didn't hog system resources. All aspects considered, Gihosoft TubeGet is a YouTube downloader with intuitive settings, speedy operations and a clean interface.

OS: Windows 10/Windows 8/Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000/NT

Once you understand the fundamentals and advanced salesmanship techniques I teach, you will never be frustrated or intimidated by any new marketing channel or technology. You will know exactly how to write what needs to be written to make the sale, every time.

John Carlton's "Simple Writing System 2.0" Is Ready To Roll!
We've just released the updated and completely awesome NEW version of the famous Simple Writing System...
... and it's now ready for you to dive in and finally learn:

How To Write Everything You'll Ever Need To
Make Your Business Wildly Successful.
Here's what's up:

A few months ago my team and I reviewed every aspect of my long-running (and still extremely successful) Simple Writing System.

We dissected every minute of every lesson...

... every tip and every exercise...

... plus examined the comments and feedback supplied by thousands of SWS customers and students over the past eight years...

... looking for ways to improve, update and streamline everything.

Our goal was to make this already-successful program even better.

And, after months of review, research and debate...

... we headed off to an Arizona recording studio for a few grueling days of filming and production.

The result is stunning. And I'm now announcing the release of...

The Simple Writing System 2.0 Home Study Course

Some of it is brand-spanking new. And some of the wonderful original stuff we simply couldn't improve on remains.

For example, we kept every lesson, strategy, tactic and piece of advice that customers consistently tell us increases sales and conversions.

The SWS has been successfully applied to countless markets and every platform being used online and offline today (sales pages, VSLs, Facebook, webinars, email, squeeze pages, direct mail, print ads, PPC/AdWords,... just about everything used in modern marketing.)

Once you understand the fundamentals and advanced salesmanship techniques I teach, you will never be frustrated or intimidated by any new marketing channel or technology. You will know exactly how to write what needs to be written to make the sale.

However, in critical areas, we improved and streamlined several key lessons.

We did this by paying careful attention to what our students and teachers have told us about the SWS... and especially how it's impacted their lives and their businesses.

We were damn good at teaching people how to write killer copy 8 years ago... and we're much better at it now. (Yes, the process has even helped me - and multiple other top writers - dial up our skills dramatically.)

So we reviewed every lesson, every topic, and every exercise.

Where something could be improved or streamlined, we did that.

And we added some new lessons and topics to fill in the occasional holes in the original SWS. (The world has changed a bit in eight years... and we've been on top of every shift in how today's marketing works.)

We call this version of the SWS the "Home Study Course" because it's designed for you to go through on your own, at your own pace.

You do not have to be anywhere at a specific time and there are no deadlines.

Over the years, we've seen every possible approach - some folks go slow, some go fast, some cram it in over a few weekends, some commit an hour or two each week...

... and it all works.

Sign up today and here's what you'll get -

18 Video Lessons

Each one designed to move you quickly toward a total understanding and mastery of the sales-message-writing process.

I'll break down the exact process I use to craft winning sales messages.

I'll explain how and why you'll use each of my steps in your sales letters, videos, and ads.John Carlton's Simple Writing System Video

I'll show you examples of winning ads, many of which ran successfully for years. (You'll be getting the full version of all of these ads. More on that below...)

Each video is HD quality. And, best of all, you'll be able to watch these videos any time you want... on any device you want... at your own pace... as many times as you want... from anywhere in the world. (More on this below, too.)

You'll learn to write sales copy by writing sales copy.

Each lesson gives you a chance to put your new skills to work by providing a short, fun, laser-focused exercise. These exercises show you exactly how to bring what you learned in the video to life.

Do these exercises (which I strongly recommend, but of course that's up to you)...

... and then include your new killer copy in your current website, emails, Facebook ads, etc and you can start closing more sales almost immediately.

Your notes are already done for you.

Included in your home study package is a comprehensive workbook that contains all the notes you'd ever want to take from my slides in the workshop.

PLUS - and this is a BIG plus - the workbook is also loaded with FULL examples of proven ads... so you can see exactly how each step fits into real-world marketing. There's no theory here. It's all hard-core reality-based info. (Most of these ads are mine, including my most sought-after stuff.)

That means this workbook (over 300 pages deep) is a fire-breathing SWIPE FILE of the best ads you'll ever lay your hands on... to copy, to use for inspiration, to rip from and use as blueprints.

In short...

... this system is a concise, packed-solid "one stop resource" for helping you write everything you'll ever need to write to make your business rock the bottom line.

Module 1

Module 1 Introduction
This is an introduction to the work we'll be doing in Module 1.0.

INTRODUCTION

1:03 minutes

What is Node?
Node is a JavaScript runtime environment that was first introduced in 2009 by Ryan Dahl, as a response to how slow web servers were at the time. In this lesson, we'll introduce Node and talk about the capability Node provides to make I/O tasks asynchronous and non-blocking.

LESSON

5:05 minutes

Running JavaScript with Node
In this lesson, we'll use Node to run a simple JavaScript file on the server.

LESSON

2:58 minutes

Creating a minimal Node:Express Server
Web servers provide functionality for requests that can be made from client applications. Node has a built-in HTTP module to allow for building a server that facilitates the transfer of data in HTTP. With this lesson, we'll look to use the popular Express framework as the replacement of the core HTTP module to create a minimal Node server, with Express routing.

LESSON

8:07 minutes

Automatic Reloading Using Nodemon
Nodemon is an open-source utility tool that helps automatically restart a Node server whenever a change in code is detected in development. In this lesson, we'll install Nodemon and introduce an application script that will start the Node server with Nodemon.

LESSON

3:49 minutes

Introducing TypeScript
JavaScript is considered a weakly typed language. In this lesson, we'll go through a simple example of why that can be an issue in development and where TypeScript falls in the picture.

LESSON

5:37 minutes

Adding TypeScript to our Server
We'll get started with TypeScript in this lesson by installing a few necessary packages in our server and setting up the configuration of our TypeScript compiler.

LESSON

16:10 minutes

Compiling our TypeScript project
TypeScript is a development tool geared towards making building JavaScript applications more robust. In an application's deployed state (browser or server), TypeScript must be compiled to valid JavaScript. In this lesson, we'll see how the TypeScript compiler provides us with a command to compile and produce JavaScript code from TypeScript.

LESSON

3:05 minutes

Linting with ESLint
Though VSCode includes TypeScript language support which helps us pick up TypeScript errors in our TypeScript code, we'll introduce more robust code checking with ESLint - a popular open-source JavaScript/TypeScript linting tool.

LESSON

13:17 minutes

Introducing mock listings
To help us get started, we'll begin by introducing a mock data array of rental listings in this lesson. This will help us get started before we begin to address more appropriate data persistence.

LESSON

7:03 minutes

Creating GET and POST Express routes
In this lesson, we'll use the routing capabilities Express gives us to create GET and POST routes that interact with the mock data array we've established.

LESSON

10:45 minutes

Module 1 Summary
This lesson is a summary of the work we've done in Module 1.0.

LESSON

4:03 minutes

Module 2

Module 2 Introduction
Introduction to Module 2.0.

INTRODUCTION

0:42 minutes

What is GraphQL?
GraphQL is a query language for APIs. In this lesson, we go through an initial discussion on GraphQL and how GraphQL differs from traditional REST APIs.

LESSON

5:40 minutes

Comparing Github's REST and GraphQL APIs
Before we continue discussing some of the core concepts in GraphQL, we'll take a bit of a tangent in this lesson to contrast and compare Github's existing REST API (v3) and their GraphQL API (v4).

LESSON

9:47 minutes

GraphQL Concepts
In this lesson, we introduce and discuss some of GraphQL's main concepts such as the GraphQL schema, object types and resolver functions.

LESSON

11:22 minutes

Module 3

Module 3 Introduction
Introduction to Module 3.0.

INTRODUCTION

1:00 minutes

Installing Apollo Server and GraphQL
In this lesson, we'll install the Express variation of the popular Apollo Server library and the GraphQL JavaScript library.

LESSON

2:05 minutes

Creating a GraphQL Schema with the GraphQL JS Library
In this lesson, we'll use the Apollo Server and GraphQL JavaScript libraries to create a minimal GraphQL API that we'll be able to interact within an IDE known as GraphQL Playground.

LESSON

9:28 minutes

Querying and mutating listings data with GraphQL
In this lesson, we'll look to mimic the listings retrieval and manipulation we had in our Express RESTful API but with GraphQL instead.

LESSON

11:33 minutes

Using the GraphQL Schema Language
The GraphQL schema language is a human-readable syntax to help create GraphQL schemas. In this lesson, we'll use the GraphQL schema language to re-create the schema we have in a more readable and simpler format.

LESSON

10:51 minutes

Module 3 Summary
This lesson is a summary of the final state of the work done in Module 3.0.

LESSON

2:06 minutes

Module 4

Module 4 Introduction
Introduction to Module 4.0.

INTRODUCTION

0:54 minutes

Introduction to MongoDB
This brief lesson highlights some of the differences between relational and non-relational databases, and introduces MongoDB.

LESSON

3:44 minutes

Setting up a new MongoDB Cluster with Atlas
MongoDB Atlas is a fully managed cloud database service built and maintained by the same team behind MongoDB. In this lesson, we'll create our first MongoDB cluster with MongoDB Atlas.

LESSON

6:51 minutes

Connecting the server with MongoDB
Many different libraries and tools exist to help facilitate the connection between a Node Server and a MongoDB instance. In this lesson, we'll introduce and use the Node MongoDB driver to make our server connect with the MongoDB cluster we've created in Atlas.

LESSON

11:18 minutes

TypeScript Generics and adding types to our Collections
Though we've been able to make our database connection from the server, we haven't appropriately specified the type of data that can be returned from our database collections. In this lesson, we introduce and take advantage of generics to define the type of data that can be returned from our listings collection.

LESSON

12:33 minutes

Setting Up Env Variables
Defining and using environment-specific configuration variables within code files is less than ideal due to security reasons as well as the coupling of environment-specific configuration and application code. In this lesson, we'll avoid declaring our MongoDB environment variables directly in our database connection file and instead use the popular dotenv package to load environment variables from a .env file.

LESSON

8:01 minutes

Seeding mock data to the database
Having our database contain some mock data will allow our GraphQL queries and mutations to interact with data from the database. In this lesson, we'll create a simple seed script that will make it easy for us to populate the database with mock data in development.

LESSON

8:40 minutes

Processing Data from MongoDB
In this lesson, we'll look to have our GraphQL API resolvers interact and manipulate data in our Mongo database. This will help ensure persistence of data and data changes between server restarts.

LESSON

14:33 minutes

Modularizing Resolvers
In this lesson, we'll see how we can use the lodash merge function to have our GraphQL resolvers map be broken down to small resolvers objects that pertain to certain domains (i.e modules).

LESSON

7:17 minutes

Module 4 Summary
This lesson is a summary of the work done in Module 4.0.

LESSON

2:14 minutes

Module 5

Module 5 Introduction
Introduction to Module 5.0.

INTRODUCTION

0:46 minutes

React
This lesson provides a quick revision on some of the main topics behind developing UI applications with React.

LESSON

6:58 minutes

Create React App
A lot of things need to be considered to create the scaffold of a modern React application, like allowing for a modular-based app, compiling ESNext code, transpiling TypeScript code, etc. To avoid spending too much time with build tools, we'll create a modern React/TypeScript application with a single command - create-react-app.

LESSON

4:21 minutes

Create React App - The Rundown
create-react-app creates a series of files and folders as it instantiates and creates a Webpack bundled React application. In this lesson, we'll spend some time addressing and highlighting each of the files and folders scaffolded by create-react-app.

LESSON

15:57 minutes

Module 6

Module 6 Introduction
Introduction to Module 6.0.

INTRODUCTION

0:45 minutes

The Listings Component
In this lesson, we'll create our first React Function component.

LESSON

3:46 minutes

Props & TypeScript
In this lesson, we'll introduce and type define Props to our recently created Listings function component.

LESSON

3:26 minutes

Functional Components & TypeScript
In this lesson, we'll investigate the FunctionComponent interface type React provides and address the type checking capabilities it provides when assigned to functional components.

LESSON

6:47 minutes

Querying Listings
Numerous tools and libraries exist to help clients make GraphQL requests to a GraphQL API. Before we begin to introduce a third-party library to help make our GraphQL requests, we'll look to make our requests with the help of the window Fetch API. In this lesson, we'll begin to make the connection between our React client and Node server and see if we can query the listings query from our GraphQL API.

LESSON

14:16 minutes

Abstracting the type of data from server fetch
Although the custom server fetch() function we've established in the last lesson works, the data being returned isn't appropriately typed. In this lesson, we'll take advantage of TypeScript generics to ensure we get queried data from our server fetch() function with the appropriate type.

LESSON

4:53 minutes

Deleting a listing
In this lesson, we'll use our custom server fetch() function to invoke the deleteListing mutation we have in our GraphQL API, to delete a listing in our listings collection.

LESSON

8:42 minutes

Module 6 Summary
This lesson is a summary of the work done in Module 6.0.

LESSON

2:04 minutes

Module 7

Module 7 Introduction
Introduction to Module 7.0.

INTRODUCTION

1:22 minutes

React Hooks
In this lesson, we discuss the motivation behind React Hooks and see a few examples of how React Hooks can help share logic between our React components.

LESSON

7:59 minutes

The useState Hook
Though we've been able to create a custom fetch() function to help us make the GraphQL requests to query listings or delete a certain listing, we've only seen the results of our requests in our browser console. In this lesson, we'll introduce and use React's useState Hook to track listings state value in our function component with which we'll be able to use and display in our UI.

LESSON

7:49 minutes

The useEffect Hook
We've managed to use the useState Hook to track and display listings data to our UI. In this lesson, we'll introduce the useEffect Hook and see how we can create an effect callback to query listings data the moment our component mounts.

LESSON

11:45 minutes

Custom useQuery Hook
With React's useState and useEffect Hooks, we've been able to query and display listings information the moment our Listings component is mounted. In this lesson, we'll create our very own custom useQuery Hook that will consolidate the pattern of creating a state property, using the useEffect Hook, and running the server fetch() function to make a query and state update when a component mounts.

LESSON
