The shoulder is the body's most complicated joint. It's where the ends of the collarbone, upper arm bone, and shoulder blade meet. And it's prone to arthritis (a wearing away of the cartilage between the bones), as well as tears or tendinitis (inflammation) in the rotator cuff - the group of tendons that helps you raise and rotate your arm. Shoulder pain can keep you from being able to raise your arms to get dressed, or reach up to a cupboard or out to a door.

But an easy way to stave off shoulder problems is to regularly stretch the muscles that support the joints. "The muscles need to be long and flexible to stay healthy. You're more vulnerable to injury when your shoulder muscles are tight and restricted," explains Clare Safran-Norton, clinical supervisor of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital.

How stretching helps

Muscles are a little like cotton fabrics. They may shrink up slightly, but if you pull on the fibers, you can stretch out the fabric again.

Stretching your muscles fixes the shortening that occurs with disuse and extends muscles to their full length. The more you stretch the muscles, the longer and more flexible they'll become. That will help increase your range of motion, ward off pain, reduce the risk for injury, and improve your posture.

Whether you're interested in decluttering the hard drive to make room for new data by eliminating unnecessary files, or in finding your information faster by renaming files, it's necessary to organize your files and folders. This can be difficult without the aid of appropriate tools, especially if you want to be able to perform operations on multiple files at the same time.

WinExt Batch Operator can be of assistance in this case. It's a Windows application capable of creating a list of handpicked files and folders from various parts of your computer, which can be deleted, renamed or moved to other locations. The program can also edit file properties, such as attributes.

Move to Recycle Bin
Select some unnecessary files / folders, and then click the same icon to move them to system Recycle Bin at once. If you carelessly delete the needful resources, you can recover them from system Recycle Bin.

Permanently Delete
Click this icon to permanently delete the selected files / folders in batch mode. Be careful, the deleted resources cannot be 100% recovered for most PC users.

Copy / Move to Other Place
Click the corresponding icon to perform the bulk copying or moving action for the selected files / folders. WEBO will guide you to select a target place for copying or moving operation.

Output Information
You can output the following information of the selected resources to the txt/csv/xls/xlsx file: header, name, path, full path, size, type, date created and date modified. And you can specify the unit and precision for size.

Change Properties
Click this button to modify the properties of selected files / folders in batch mode, include: Archive, Read-only, Hidden, System, Date Created and Date Modified.

Rename Resources
Bulk renaming the target files / folders with the following features: renaming templates manager, * wildcard = original filename, # wildcard = serial number, capitalize the first letter, change filename/extension to lowercase/uppercase, preview before do the permanent renaming.

- Windows 7 or higher - 64 bit
- Linux RedHat 6.0 or higher - 64 bit (only if product is supported for Linux)

- Dynardo programs are not able to run using temporary profiles on windows systems.

Those profiles are used when a user profile has been created but then only accessed via remotedesktop protocol (RDP). To solve this problem, the user must log on the local system once. This logoncreates new user settings which enable Dynardo programs to start on a remote desktop.

We will start first by scaffolding an Angular Material application for scratch from an empty folder, add it a theme and gesture support. Next, we will start exploring the Angular Material components starting with some navigation menu and icons.

The goal here is to show that its also possible to use Angular Material components also in a more incremental way, by mixing Angular Material Components with a couple of custom-made components and just some HTML/CSS. Later in this section, we will use a more advanced menu system where Angular Material is essentially taking over the whole application layout, with a side menu component.

We are then going to introduce container components such as for example Tab Containers and Material Cards, and we will show a complete example of how to use a data table with a data source, pagination and sorting. We will also show how to use Modals to edit some of data in the data table, for which we will use multiple different types of form components to build an editable form: date pickers, slider, and more.

At the end of the course, we will show we can customize the look and feel of the Angular Material component suite, by building our own custom theme.
