Initial Position Inertia Balance Acceleration End positionLearn the 3 types of serves you could hit and the 3 main target areas to give direction to your serve. This way you can create combinations of serve plays to compete and win. You would be able to create a combination of minimum 8 serves if you mix up the type of serve and the target area. We set a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to track progress. The % of first serve in and the % of second serve in are ways to track your progress. There will be days where your performance will be on the top and some days close to your bottom. The idea behind setting a KPI is that it will tell us a performance range with confidence.
