RestartUsbPort is a command-line tool that permits you to restart any USB port when encountering issues eliminating the need to restart your machine.

This app is relatively straightforward, with no bells, no whistles, just a simple little tool to restart a USB port experiencing issues when attempting to use it. First off, you'll need to figure out which port(s) can be restarted. This procedure is listed below. Once you have that info, you can move on to restarting the port(s).
Usage is as follows
RestartUsbPort[PortId][-l][-na][-w:nnnn]
PortId can be
a device instance ID (in quotation marks because it contains the & char)
a driver key name
a device location info
a friendly device name (in quotation marks if it contains space or &)
a port chain in UsbTreeView style
-l lists USB ports that can be restarted
-na no about info
-w:nnnn waits nnnn milliseconds on end

If the & char is used in a parameter, then, if started from a command prompt or a BAT/CMD file, the whole parameter must be enclosed by quotation marks. Otherwise, the command processor interprets the & char as a separator for two separate commands.

It's possible to choose between different digital analog converters (DAC's) to get the vintage sound of different hardware samplers inside your DAW. We don't make cheap bit crushing or decimation on the output signal. We really down-sample the sample to the desired sampling frequency, then process the data depending on the chosen DAC and up-sample it to the desired pitch. Most DAC modes offer a LEVEL slider. This feature allows the user to reduce the volume of the recorded sample and decreases the sample quality. Load your favorite high quality sample and make it sound vintage and noisy. The 24dB low pass filter will like it!
The plug-in has four layers an can play four samples simultaneous. There is also a simple SFZ import for samples that imports the mapping and sample paths, but the plug-in also contains an easy to use mapping editor.
TAL-Sampler is available in the VST, Audio Unit and AAX plug-in format. You can load and play your own samples in every common sample format (*.wav, *.aiff, *.aif, *.mp3, *.ogg, *.flac). Import samples with drag & drop from finder or explorer. There is also an intuitive sample browser that helps to find samples fast.
Some nice additions like a vintage real-time time stretcher and the possibility to modulate or automate the sample loop positions.

UEFITool is a versatile application that accepts BIOS image files as input in order to facilitate the visualization and editing of the data inside them. UEFITool is brought in a line of work that was less exploited and advertised up until recently. The management of UEFI images is said to be a job for professionals, although UEFITool delivers an approach that doesn't target advanced users exclusively.

This is not to say that anyone can handle an application such as UEFITool; however, with a minimum level of knowledge in BIOS modding, users can make the most of it and achieve modified versions of an UEFI image in a complication-free manner.
The application sports an extremely simple design and is less impressive in terms of appearance; the compromise it makes on looks is certainly compensated in functionality, if we look at the bigger picture.

UEFITool is compatible with a variety of BIOS image types, including ROM, BIN, CAP, BIO, FD, WPH and EFI, which are loaded and displayed inside a structured view, alongside details such as name, type and subtype.

The operations that you can carry out with UEFITool are various and make quite the list; you can extract data from an image (or just the body) or you can insert items inside the structure of the image, as well as to insert or remove unwanted pieces. Once you're done with the editing part, you can export the image locally, for later use.

In a nutshell, UEFITool makes quite an impression, although it's still got a long way to reach the peak of its development. In the meantime, it can be useful to users who want to extract or update the information inside a BIOS file.

The Desktop
In the V3 of Redress10 we fixed the start menu, now it has a modern windows start menu with rounded UI elements!
We also removed some bloatware to increase performance, and replaced Rise Media Player with the new UWP Media Player. There are also other good apps like Files v2, start11 and more...
Now, Redress10 default browser has been changed to chromium, there is still an option for you to use Edge, but soon it will be removed in V2 Final.
The default username is "User", and there's no OOBE.

Windows 7 Pro Last7 x64 with Win10 LivePE 20 February 2023

This Last7 image is based on Windows 7 Pro SP1, up-to-date 20 February 2023. Update method: VM install in sysprep audit mode, updates via Simplix pack, WU, and manual installs; sysprep; capture. The build number for this image is 6.1.7601.26366. This includes various ESU (extended security updates).

The NVMe-specific updates were also installed and therefore part of the install.esd. USB3 and Chipset drivers were integrated in the install.esd as well, meaning you will be able to install this from flash drive using your USB3 ports.
Should install fine on any Win7-era PC with 64-bit processor. Does not include processor patch (wufuc) to allow install of post-Win7-era processors (but feel free to tinker). Most venerable Win7, of course, deserves a final ode, and this is my attempt at that. Win7 officially went end-of-life Jan 10, 2023. It is possible more updates follow (or a final Simplix pack), so another Last7 image may follow.

Tweaks
Many reg tweaks get applied during install. The main tweaks .reg file contains hundreds of custom settings. Various utilities like Autoruns, MyUninstaller are also added in and are easy to access through the desktop context and "Computer" context menus. Also many performance and ease-of-use related tweaks are applied. LastOS-style menu sorting will be applied in automated fashion upon install.

NTLite removals
- Natural Languages (obsolete search function IMO)
- Some old printer, scanner drivers
- Telemetry components (CEIP, asimov telemetry)

ssWPI/ppApps/ssApps
ssWPI and a small number of pp/ssApps are included. The small collection of included pp/ssApps are not installed by ssWPI in automated fashion, but this can be changed (un-rem the ssWPI script line in the sources\$Scripts folder).

Themes
Includes a collection of visual styles and wallpapers (1080p). UXStyle is pre-installed (no patched files, patches uxtheme files in memory only). The UxStyle memory-patch doesn't affect VirtualBox's file integrity checks. (For Win7, the best version of VirtualBox is 6.1.34.)

Activation
Automatically activated by Daz Loader v2.2.2 which runs right around the time first desktop shows, but it requires a reboot of the system before activation status shows. So there is no need to activate manually. However, the Settings tool includes Daz Loader (button) in case you need it.

Security
Hosts file included (\Windows\System32\drivers\etc). Defender is disabled. Spectre and Meltdown protection is disabled by default (run InSpectre ppApp if you want to enable protection for these). (Both Defender Control and InSpectre and other helpful tweaks & utilities are present in the Settings tool's "LastOSTools" sub-folder (sources\$Settings\LastOSTools).
