Megurine Luka (????), codenamed CV03, is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed by Crypton Future Media, Inc.
Her voice is provided by the Japanese voice actress, Yu Asakawa (?? ? / Asakawa Yu), who was recorded in Japanese and English for the voice bank.
Upon the VOCALOID4 announcement, it was reveal that the site had been temporary set up and she would actually be released for the VOCALOID4 engine as "Megurine Luka V4x".
Her vocals were changed to "Japanese; Soft/Hard" and "English; Straight/Soft"
On the 9th of Jan, 2015, an updated list of the E.V.E.C japanese vocals were shown. The listed vocals were now "Power 1", "Power 2", "Whisper", "Native", "Cute", "Husky", "Soft", "Dark", and "Falsetto"
Note:
This is bilingual language vocaloid (japanese\english)
Job-plugin for EVEC included
you have to use V4FE-editor version 4.1.0 (or above), 4.0.1 doesn't support Luka V4X
