Este curso tiene cómo objetivo compartir herramientas de productividad en una forma sencilla y práctica. Considerando siempre el bienestar y equilibrio de cada*persona sin caer en excesos.
Esto se logra poniendo ejemplos y sus*aplicaciones en distintas situaciones, buscando cubrir los diversos estilos y manteniendo un ritmo dinámico.
El objetivo es permitir la generación de ideas para su aplicación en el día a día.
En cuanto a información teórica se revisan de una manera sencilla los conceptos y se contrastan con su práctica para que sean los casos y usos los que brinden el aprendizaje.
Adicionalmente se trabajará con un proyecto de clase el cual se va realizando dentro del mismo curso y se van aclarando dudas y funciones del mismo.
Igualmente se te invita a compartir los resultados de este proyecto en la plataforma para enriquecer el aprendizaje de todos, obteniendo ideas de los demás estudiantes.
Sección uno: Ordena tus actividades en una lista y aplícales el Principio de Paretto 80/20
-Identificar las actividades no esenciales más comunes de tu lista y decidir si eliminarlas-Dar equilibrio a tus responsabilidades con tus metas personales-Cómo utilizar la lista final para organizar por tiempos y prioridad.
Sección dos: Aumenta tu sentido de realización utilizando el enfoque de Esfuerzo Mínimo Viable(EMV)
-Modelo de resultado: Cómo usan el EMV las empresas digitales -Utilizando el enfoque EMV cuando tu ambiente no está a tu favor.[6AM etc.]-Elegir las tareas ideales para aplicar el enfoque de EMV
