Importation is the bringing of goods or services into a country from abroad for sales " manufactures fought to restrict the importation of cheap foreign goods" An import in the receiving country is an export from the sending country. Importation and exportation are the defining financial transactions of international trade. In international trade, the importation and exportation of goods are limited by import quotas and mandates from the custom authority. It is very important we learn about some of the import documentations that are require by customs such as bill of entry, bill of lading/airway bill, import license, insurance certificate and purchase order/ letter of credit.Any time you walk into a supermarket and pick up any item like a knife or a toy and chances are that the item are manufactured in china or assembled in Mexico. Pick up coffee pods and you would see that they have being imported from Africa. When you shop for clothes it is quite likely you will see made in China label. We all know that international trade has being in vogue for centuries and all civilizations carried on trade with other parts of the world. The need for trading exist due to variations in availability of resources and competitive advantage. In the present context where technology and innovation in all fields have thrown open borders to globalization, no country can afford to remain isolated and be self-sufficient.With the creation of World Trade Organization, there has being constant efforts made to unite countries to create more market, to standardize tariffs and trade laws as well as remove trade barriers in trying to create free markets.

When aiming to be more accepting of your thoughts and feelings, commitment plays a key role. Victims of childhood trauma often spends years minimizing the event or dismissing it by pretending it happens or by succumbing to feelings of guilt or self-blame. The only way you can begin healing is to acknowledge that traumatic event did occur and that you were not responsible for it. Reclaim control. Feelings of helplessness can carry well into adulthood and can make you feel and act like a perpetual victim, causing you to make choices based on your past pain. When you're a victim, the past is in control of your present. But when you've conquered your pain, the present is controlled you. There may always be a battle between past and present, but as long as you're willing to let go of the old defenses and crutches you used as a child to navigate your trauma, you will be able to reclaim control of your life now and heal your pain.Seek support and don't isolate yourself.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that was originally designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. Adaptive information processing model posits that EMDR therapy facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories and other adverse life experience to bring these to an adaptive resolution. After successful treatment with EMDR therapy, affective distress is relieved, negative beliefs are reformulated, and physiological arousal is reduced. During EMDR therapy the client attends to emotionally disturbing material in brief sequential doses while simultaneously focusing on an external stimulus. Therapist directed lateral eye movement are the most commonly used external stimulus but a variety of other stimulus including hand - tapping and audio stimulation are often used hypothesizes that EMDR therapy facilitates the accessing of the traumatic memory network, so that information processing is enhanced, with new associations forged between the traumatic memory and more adaptive memories or information.EMDR therapy affect the brain: our brains have a natural way to recover from traumatic memories and events. This process involves communication between the amygdala ( the alarm signal for stressful events), the hippocampus ( which assist with learning, including memories about safety and danger), and the prefrontal cortex ( which analyze and controls behavior and emotion) while many times traumatic experiences can be managed and resolved spontaneously, they may not be processed without help.

It works by helping them overcome problems without tackling them directly- using the solution- building concept to foster change and help individuals to develop a set of clear, concise and realistic goals. It is the role of a solution-focused therapist to help elicit and implement these solutions via a series of discussions. In this discussions, the therapist will help individuals to envisage a clear and detailed picture of how they see their future - and how things will be better once changes are made. They will encourage them to explore past experiences and times when they were as happy as they see themselves in their future vision. These processes aim to evoke a sense of hope and expectation and make a future solution seem possible. It is essentially the future vision that drives the therapy process forward, ensuring that it is directional and, as a result, brief. Therapist can use this future solution to shape the techniques and questions that will comprise discussions. These aim to help individual realize their potential and find the courage to move forward.
