Sprachanalysen geben Auskunft über das Herkunftsland oder -gebiet des Asylsuchenden. Für die Feststellung der Staatsangehörigkeit haben sie indizielle Bedeutung. Abschiebungsrechtlich erheblich i. S. d. § 60 Abs. 1 AufenthG ist die nicht staatliche Verfolgung auch dann, wenn sie dem Staat nicht zuzurechnen ist, sofern der Staat und die Gleichgestellten schutzunfähig oder -unwillig sind. Im Übrigen trat im Verhältnis zu der unter § 51 Abs. 1 AuslG geltenden Rechtslage keine Änderung ein. Frauenspezifische Verfolgungsmaßnahmen sind auf die Zugehörigkeit zur sozialen Gruppe der Frauen und das unveräußerliche Merkmal, weiblichen Geschlechts zu sein, bezogen. Genitalbeschneidungen und Ehrenmorde sind von asylrelevanter Schwere, nicht der Schleierzwang. Die Genitalbeschneidung hat wegen des Verlustes, ein selbstbestimmtes Sexualleben mit unversehrten Geschlechtsorganen zu führen, ausgrenzenden Charakter. Gegenstand klinischer Gutachten ist die Feststellung, ob eine Krankheit vorliegt. Bei aussagepsychologischen Gutachten geht es um die Klärung der Erlebnisfundiertheit einer Aussage. Traumatisierungen können zu Erinnerungsstörungen führen und das Aussageverhalten beeinflussen. Sind viele Asylsuchende aus einem Land an der PTBS erkrankt und bestehen dort keine Behandlungsmöglichkeiten oder sind sie nicht finanzierbar, liegt eine allgemeine Gefahr i. S. d. § 60 Abs. 7 Satz 2 AufenthG vor. Gibt es keinen generellen Abschiebestopp (§ 60a Abs. 1 AufenthG), bietet die Duldungszusicherung bei extremen Gefahren einen ausreichenden Abschiebungsschutz.
