PDF Split and Merge is an easy to use tool to merge and split pdf documents.

Provides a grafical interface and a command line interface to spit, merge, mix and rotate your PDF documents. PDF Split and Merge Basic is an application that you can use to perform several actions on your PDF files, including meg, splitting, rotating and rearrag pages.

The interface of the program is plain and simple. On the left side of the window you can select an action between "Alternate Mix", "Merge/Extract", "Rotate", "Split", "Visual document" and "Visual reorder".

In the list you can view the path, number of pages and version of each PDF file, after you add them (the "drag and drop" method is supported).

So, you can configure mixing options, such as reverse the first or second document, set the number of pages to switch from the first/second document to the other.

Furthermore, you can set options for meg (PDF documents contain forms), rotation (clockwise rotation for 90, 180 or 270 degrees, for all, even or odd pages) and splitting (e.g. split even or odd pages, into single pages, after specific ones, by bookmarks level).

Plus, you can open a PDF file, rearrange, extract, delete pages and save them in a new file, zoom in and out, and more.

In the "Settings" menu, you can change the interface language and theme, set the log level, set PDF Split and Merge Basic to automatically check for updates at startup, disable alert sounds, enable to ask for confirmation when the overwrite checkbox is selected, and others.

The program uses a high amount of system resources and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. Unfortunately, there are no guidelines available and users might have a hard getting around PDF Split and Merge Basic's features.

The interface could use some improvements in the way that it is easier to navigate through all functions. Nevertheless, we recommend PDF Split and Merge Basic to all users.

Keeping a network, server or a website active means constantly monitoring incoming and outgoing packets to make sure connectivity is flawless. Amongst others, you can use PingPlotter Pro to carefully monitor multiple addresses and trigger alerts when unexpected events occur. Create and save custom workspaces

The application's design is pretty intuitive, with adjustable panels so you can clearly view packets, lines or project elements so you can quickly access them. What's more, you can save your workspace configuration to use for multiple tasks and this comes in handy because you can slightly customize the view with more or less tabs and sections.

Configure connection settings and trace multiple targets

A neat advantage is the possibility to simultaneously trace multiple addresses, with detail windows stored in tabs. Connecting to a target is easily done by manually writing down either the URL or IP address in a dedicated fields. All targets are saved in a list so you can quickly access them later on.

Hitting the "Start" button is all it takes to send a few packets to the selected target. On the other hand, there are several settings to configure, depending on the testing scenario. For short-term analysis, the sampling number can be set, with the default value being unlimited, trace intervals can be specified in seconds, as well as the number of samples to include.

Gather and save packet info

As soon as the process is put in motion, all packets are displayed, with a line view updating in real according to your specifications. Each element you select highlights all of its components for better view. Brig up the context menu enables you to manage a few more settings like obtaining whois info, display summary, show graphs or even configure alerts.

Set up alerts for various scenarios

The notification system gives you the possibility to set up several parameters to be announced of any changes. As such, you can write down a custom name for easy identification, set the number of samples to examine, the method used which can either be for latency and packet loss or MOS, multiple target configurations, as well as the action to trigger when conditions are met.

Tixati is a peer-to-peer file sharing program that uses the popular BitTorrent protocol.

This protocol allows many peers to form a cooperative swarm and very large files with great efficiency.Once the Tixati software is installed, starting a is easy.

First, the user finds a .torrent file on the web. A .torrent file is very small, and contains meta-data describing the much larger file that is to be ed from a swarm of other peers. You can refresh users, handy if you add a user while working with it, and just select "Fix selected user" when ready. You will also see "Keep Windows store apps's package data from the old account" and "Keep Windows system appdata from the old account" if available. Before you b, it also shows you what account you're about to fix.

It should be noted that somes simple can be scary. In this case, you have no control over what Account Profile Fixer fixes so we suggest you make a backup or at least a system restore point. Here's what we do know; Account Profile Fixer will create a temporary admin account, reboot the computer and automatically log into that account. From that temporary user account, Account Profile Fixer will delete the broken user account, create a new one and move the data from the old profile to the new one, as shown in the screenshot below. In other words, it saves automates the process we mentioned initially to repair a broken user account.

Account Profile Fixer is your first stop before you get into deleting an account, registry editing or worse. It's free, portable, and can be a real headache saver. We feel it's best used by advanced users familiar with copying, removing or creating user accounts.

CMDebug is a stand-alone version of the Take Command IDE and batch debugger component.

CMDebug is intended for developers who need to develop batch files to run in CMD.EXE or TCC-RT (run). CMDebug allows you to create and debug your batch scripts with the integrated graphical IDE. CMDebug includes tabbed edit windows and a sophisticated debugger with single stepping, breakpoints, syntax coloring, tooltips, bookmarks, and tabbed variable and watch windows. Windows batch file programming has never been easier or more powerful!

You can use CMDebug to develop either CMD-compatible batch files (.BAT or .CMD), or TCC-RT-compatible scripts (.BTM). If you select the "TCC Syntax" option, CMDebug provides the full TCC-RT command set. If you select the "CMD Syntax" option, CMDebug will maximize CMD compatibility and disable TCC-only internal commands, variables, and functions. Some internal CMD / TCC commands will also behave slightly differently or modify their display output in order to match CMD's behavior more closely.

Using CMDebug with TCC-RT allows you to write (and encrypt) scripts using the TCC command language, and then distribute them with the free TCC-RT run on an unlimited number of target machines.

The TCC-RT scripting language is a massive superset of the Windows CMD shell, with 220+ internal commands, 367+ internal functions, and 289+ system variables. Almost all of the CMD command line commands (e.g. DIR, COPY, DEL, START, etc.) are enhanced with hundreds of additional options. And TCC adds more than 180 new commands. TCC-RT can usually do in one or two lines what requires dozens CMD commands (when CMD can do it at all).

The scripting language includes a complete set of extended flow control structures including IF-Then-Else, DO and FOR loops, SWITCH, subroutines, batch libraries, and more.

When using TCC-RT syntax, most interactive commands (such as COPY, DEL, DIR, MOVE, REN, START, etc.) have command dialogs that allow you to select filenames and options and see your command line before executing it. The most powerful Windows command processor is also the easiest to use!

Monitor your system's hardware and software events, and execute commands when an event is triggered. You can monitor directory changes, the clipboard, event logs, Ethernet and WiFi connections, services, processes, and USB and Firewire connections.

Environment variable substitution is greatly enhanced, including nested variables, delayed expansion, indirect variables, multidimensional array variables, and direct access to the system, user, and volatile variables in the registry.

Select or exclude files by date, , size, owner, and extended wildcards or regular expressions for extraordinary flexibility in file management.

Specify multiple filenames for most file processing commands (i.e., COPY, DEL, DIR, MOVE, etc.), or optionally the name of a file that contains the filename arguments. (COPY even supports multiple targets as well as multiple sources.)

Multiple types of I/O redirection are available, including redirecting and piping to STDERR, "in-process" pipes, "here-document" and "here-string" redirection, and Tee and Y pipe fittings.

Send keystrokes to any application (console or GUI).

TCC-RT includes internal compression and extraction commands for ZIP, 7ZIP, TAR, JAR, GZIP, and BZIP files.

You can access FTP, TFTP and HTTP (including SSL and SSH) directories and files in all command processor file-handling commands (COPY, DEL, MOVE, etc.).

Internal support is included for Perl, Lua, REXX, Python, Tcl/tk, and any Windows Active Scripting language. You can even combine multiple languages in your batch scripts.
