Support for these processors need to be set in the package manager (Project- Manage- Pack Installer) packages through installing it from the Internet or downloading files from the next hand or with the older women on the Internet (it is visible from the detailed list of supported devices) and in the same setting the package manager of your own but from the downloaded files.
How to install MDK see recommendations in the Readme.txt file in the distribution. How do I upgrade instructions are not needed, the installer will automatically update already installed Keil MDK.
