WinBubble is a nice and small utility to tweak lots of hidden settings in Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. The best thing is, you don't need to install it. Its a portable app. Just download it and run the EXE file. That's it.
WinBubble interface and layout isn't the prettiest, but that doesn't really matter. What matters is how much you can tweak, and how easily to do it. New to this version is the ability to customize your Windows Welcome screen wallpaper, adding icons to the right-click menu in Windows 7, a simpler method of password recovery, and other similarly useful tweaks.
