Issues Addressed in Foxit PhantomPDF 7.0
Fixed an issue where the >Repair> button did not work properly in the Windows Add / Remove Programs menu.
Fixed an issue where an error prompted when users emailed a file with CJK characters in the file name if Windows locale was set to English.

The procedure for treatment:
1) After you install and copy files phc.dll phc64.dll from folder Crack in a folder Plugins installed program.
2) Copy the patch - run and apply
3) Russification lang copy in the installation folder
4) In tinctures choose Language - Change Lang community - Russian - restart Foxit Phantom
