Instructions:

Follow the instructions in the download and you will be just fine. No need to Show Package Contents, a simple drag and drop crack!

PLEASE NOTE: You may need to turn on "allow application from everywhere" in the security settings. (as pointed out by pedroxi)

ALSO IF YOU CANNOT GET IT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY, SOME SUCCESS BY:
1. Downloading, and installing Sketchup 2013 Pro trial
2. In finder select in folder Applications Sketchup application, right click > show package contents.
3. Open new finder screen and select Sketchup from the cracked download, right click > show package contents. Now for both packages open MacOS folder.
4. Drag Sketchup file from cracked version to trial version and replace. In my case the Sketchup file was marked as document (non-executable).
5. Open terminal and type "chmod +x[space]" (without quotes, space bar after the x). Then drag file to terminal window, this will insert file name, so you will get something like "chmod +x /Applications/SketchUp 2013/SketchUp.app/Contents/MacOS/SketchUp", the press return.
6. Repeat Steps 1-5 for Layout and Stylebuilder.
