The release contains enhancements and bug fixes. The main enhancements are summarized below.

AASHTO LRFD 8th Edition Update
- Updated the references of detailed design reports per the reorganized Section 5 of LRFD
- Removed the simplified procedure in shear design
- Updated the torsional cracking moment Tcr
- Updated the Fatigue Limit State
- Updates of the graphic user interface (GUI) for all superstructure and substructure modules
Pennsylvania option for the State Specifications (phase II)
- Update the existing limit states per DM-4
- Support PennDOT's new limit states
Extension of TxDOT enhancements
- Customized analysis reports of substructure design
- Support TxDOT's standard X-Beams/Box Beams, Slab Beams, and Decked Slab Beams
Support Nebraska DOT's standard NU Beams, IT Beams, and rebars
