1. Enters My Computer
2. Select: Tools-> Folder options (for Vista - Press Right Alt to display the MenuBar-a)
3. In the newly dialogue, choose the option View Hidden folders
4. Then go to the following address:% SystemDrive% \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc
5. Right click on the hosts file and select: Open with ... and choose Notepad
6. Review this file. Its contents should look like this:

7. If you do not look like the file, change it and choose File-> Save as ... to save
8. You enter the folder and run the Setup.exe file
9. As you request a serial number, use this:
