PirateBrowser - is a bundle package of the Tor client (Vidalia), FireFox Portable browser (with foxyproxy addon) and some custom configs that allows you to circumvent censorship that certain countries such as Iran, North Korea, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Italy and Ireland impose onto their citizens.
As stated by the developers themselves, despite the presence of Tor, the browser does not does not provide anonymity for users, but provides them with the opportunity to circumvent censorship and to remove restrictions on access to sites prohibited by the government. Using PirateBrowser you can open the torrent portal where blocked direct access to it. By routing traffic through many hubs around the world browser allows you to access websites that are blocked by the government of a country.
PirateBrowser allows you to bypass the restrictions in countries such as: Iran, North Korea, England, Holland, Belgium, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Ireland, as well a number of other countries where restrictions are placed on users of the world wide web.
