MiKTeX (pronounced mick-tech) is an up-to-date implementation of TeX and related programs for Windows (all current variants).
TeX is a typesetting system written by Donald E. Knuth, who says that it is "intended for the creation of beautiful books - and especially for books that contain a lot of mathematics".
MiKTeX is a publishing system focused on a set of mathematical formulas. Has a huge number of features, including packages for creating drawings, presentations, tables, etc.

Installing the full version

1. Install Ghostscript
2. Install Gsview
3. Mount the image of Miktex_xxxxxx.iso using DaemonTools Lite and run setup-2.9.4503.exe
4. Install TeXnicCenter
5. Launch TeXnicCenter, prescribe it in it let MikTeX'u - InstallDir \ miktex \ bin (usually C: \ Program Files \ Miktex 2.9 \ miktex \ bin), PDF reader'u, etc.
