Hotfix Allplan 2015-0-4 Release Notes:

- General
We edited and corrected various messages of Quality Reporter, resulting in a more stable Allplan.
NemSLock License Manager was improved and updated.
- Basics
Copying elements was improved.
- Layout
Data conversion of layouts from Allplan 2014 with special user-defined formats was improved; the formats now are retained in Allplan 2015.
