Surround With
Use to surround existing lines of code with a new structure such as: if, for, while, and try. The existing code is automatically placed inside braces and indented. Additional structures can also be defined for Surround With.

SmartPaste®
Automatically formats line selections when pasted. The pasted code is formatted to match the indentation of the new location and the brace style adjusted to match your settings.

Dynamic Surround
Surround existing lines of code with block statements or tags. Dynamic Surround allows you to expand a block after syntax expansion, using the arrow keys to move the end of the block up or down. Surround With allows you to select lines and then choose a block structure or tag.

Beautifier
The built-in beautifier allows very fine-grained control over source formatting options for C++, Objective-C, Java, JavaScript, PHP, XML, or HTML. You can pick from one of several pre-existing profiles and save your modifications to create your own profiles. Source can be beautified on demand using any of the profiles and can be configured to beautify as you type using your preferred beautifier settings.

Beautify While Typing
When the "Beautify while typing" feature is enabled for C++, Object-C, Java, JavaScript, XML, or HTML, your code will be automatically beautified when you type ';', '{' or '}'. This improves the consistency of your code and produces more readable code with better spacing.
SlickEdit is the first product to beautify C++ as you type. Even with the complexity and ambiguous syntax of C++, re-spacing options for all operators including * are supported.

Syntax Expansion
Expands common block structures (if, for, try, ...) when the initial keyword is typed. For example, when "if" is typed followed by a space, SlickEdit inserts the parentheses for the condition and the braces. You can define additional structures to be expanded.

Auto-Completions
Completions reduce keystrokes by automatically completing symbols as you type. After typing the first few characters of a symbol, a brief pause will pop up a list of possible completions. This list is comprised of matching symbols in the tag database and matching lines of code in the current buffer. If a line match is selected you can add successively more text from that line using the complete-more command (Ctrl+Shift+Space).

AKVIS ArtSuite is an impressive collection of versatile effects for decorating photos. Decorate a photo to give it an original and festive look! You may need it on many occasions: when creating a postcard for your friends, making a holiday album, a personalized desktop wallpaper, or just playing with your images "for art's sake". AKVIS ArtSuite offers several basic effects that allow creating an endless number of effect versions.

The effects are grouped as Frames and Effects.

Frames:
Photo frames (edge effects) let you generate a photo frame for your photo.
Add elegance and style to your image by putting it into a classic frame with wood carving or create a funny picture by adding some cheerful frogs.
The frames samples that come with ArtSuite can be easily tailored to your particular photo. Select a color for the frame; choose its form, its style, brightness, and the intensity of the applied edge effect.

You can create a passe-partout, frame with ragged edges, scratched surface, a page curl, etc. It can be a wooden frame with figured carving or a frame with an ornament. If you enjoy working with layers, you will appreciate the possibility to apply a transparent frame, so that the lower layer(s) could serve as a background.

AKVIS Chameleon is an efficient tool for photo collage creation. This ingenious software makes the process easy and entertaining. Earlier one had to thoroughly select an object before pasting it into a new background; with this software this tedious part of work drops out. You can concentrate on the creative part and forget about complicated selection techniques.

You can use AKVIS Chameleon in many ways. You can create customized postcards for your loved ones; make a wedding album using all kinds of photos and backgrounds; correct closed eyes (by implanting open eyes from another photo of the series), change the appearance of a person, create a multiple exposure effect, etc.

The software works in five modes:
Montage Mode. In this mode the program combines images to create a seamless photo montage. It transfers selected objects to a new background and makes the irrelevant parts of the pasted fragment fade away. The object does not change its color range or opacity, only its edges adapt to the new environment and get smoothed. This mode is good to use for creating photo collages with people (pasting a person into a new background).
Chameleon Mode. In this mode the program adjusts the pasted fragment to the target image color range and smoothes the object's borders. It looks similar to the way a chameleon adapts to the environment.

Blend Mode. In this mode the program does not only smoothen the borders of the pasted object and adjusts its color range, but it also makes the object semi-transparent, so that the texture and the relief of the primary image can be seen through. Use this mode if you want to "dissolve" the pasted image in the background.
Emersion Mode. In this mode, like in Montage mode, the program combines images to create a seamless photo montage. The difference between the two is that in Emersion Mode the pasted fragment does not overlay the background, but embeds into the background so that only certain parts of the fragment are visible. This mode allows making montages with difficult objects (trees, etc).

Double Exposure (Home Deluxe/Business). This mode is based on the real-world technique used by photographers. Two images are superimposed into a single photo using different blend modes and taking into account the luminance values. The most popular is combining landscape scenes with human portraiture where a silhouette darkens an overlay photo or appears isolated on a blank background with an overlay image showing through it.
