Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve Studio 16.1 (x64) Beta 2 | 1.6 GbBlackmagic Design is pleased to announce the immediate availability of Davinci Resolve Studio 16.1 Public Beta 2. This update adds the ability to quickly create close up edits using facial recognition to automatically reframe and zoom in on faces. DaVinci Resolve Studio 16.1 Public Beta 2 also adds support for Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera presets in the Fusion 3D camera and camera tracker tools, adds tooltips with track names on the mini track view, improves metadata accuracy when restoring or importing projects, provides more responsive scrubbing for long clips on the cut page and improves playback performance on the media, cut and edit pages.

- General performance and stability improvements
DaVinci Resolve 16.1 includes all of the same high quality processing as DaVinci Resolve 16.1 Studio and can handle unlimited resolution media files. However it does limit project mastering and output to Ultra HD resolutions or lower. DaVinci Resolve 16.1 only supports a single processing GPU on Windows and Linux and 2 GPUs on the latest Mac Pro.
