The importance of perfect planning and scheduling to any project has valuable benefits to the project. I have seen how mega construction projects fail not due to poor construction methodology but due to no proper planning and scheduling. Seeing all of that I was lucky enough to meet one of the professional planners in my first working years in the construction industry.
