<< >> Description: Office 2010 is the new version of the ubiquitous office suite Microsoft applications and first emerged after the debut of Windows 7. It adds numerous improvements in areas such as collaboration on documents and features to facilitate specific tasks in applications such as Excel and Outlook.
Generally Office 2010 is an evolutionary upgrade from the previous version Office 2007, which radically changes the user interface and file formats of the documents remained unchanged over a decade. The new version is a minor change in file formats such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents new record in accordance with ISO 29500 Transitional (standard for Office OpenXML formats). According to Microsoft, the majority of users will not encounter any compatibility issues.
Known from Office 2007 "ribbon interface" is now present in all applications of the package - before Office 2010, it boasted only Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, but not Outlook and OneNote. What is new is that big round button Office (which just got used) is replaced by the menu File. It stands at the left row of names of toolbars, but has a different color and when you click it, it shows another tape and switches Backstage View. Hence the user can save, print or share the document to delete confidential data from it, or simply review a variety of information and statistics relating to this file.
