Additional controls let you lock the mixture total or reset components to zero, for easy manual editing of phase proportions.

QueueExplorer is indispensable tool for working with queues and messages: understand and manage your system, figure out what went wrong and fix it.

Messages can be handled same as in explorer, using drag&drop or clipboard operations. Multiple messages can be selected and operated at once.

MSC Software recently released 2019.

0 of its flagship finite element analysis (FEA) solver, Nastran, a multidisciplinary structural analysis application for perfog linear and non-linear static, dynamic and thermal analysis.

Enabled by high-performance computing (HPC), MSC Nastran is used to ensure that structural systems have the necessary integrity and characteristics to avoid compromised structural function and safety. For example, Nastran can be used to improve the economy and passenger comfort of vehicles and, more recently, electric vehicles (EVs).

Because larger, high-fidelity models require efficient model management, Nastran v2019.0 running on HPCs can handle large numbers of solid elements and provide smooth mesh transitions between different shaped solid elements with Pyramid Elements. These Pyramid Elements define the connections of five-sided isoparametric solid elements with five to 13 grid points. Their grids can be used for any type of analysis. This new element is supported in all types of optimization. Stress and strain are recovered for statics, frequency response and random response. Grid stresses are recovered for statics and frequency response.
EV manufacturers are becoming more concerned with high-frequency noises and vibrations, making noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) calculations more critical and expensive. The latest Nastran release introduces a new FASTFR module that benefits from symmetric multiprocessing (SMP)-parallel kernels that provide significant performance improvements for EV models with large numbers of frequencies, modes and load cases. According to MSC, NVH simulations should speed up anywhere from a factor of 2 to 10 over previous releases without the FASTFR module.

FASTFR improves the speed of calculation without sacrificing accuracy for structural dynamics simulations in the frequency domain based on superimposing mode shapes, hence FR, which means frequency response. The alternative is to run direct -domain dynamics simulations, which is usually computationally slower than modal superposition-most of the resulting behavior of interest is captured "well enough" by the information in a relatively small number of the lowest natural frequencies and their corresponding mode shapes. The FASTFR technology really benefits from HPC and SMP.

A couple other significant enhancements to Nastran v2019.0 include:

- Rotor dynamics - Non-linear harmonic analysis and partial load applications, such as rotational force and gravity loads

- Contact analysis - Perform pre-checks for contact issues, such as potential geometry adjustments induced by chag conditions compared with initial stress-free conditions

With this newest release of Nastran, MSC Software remains at the forefront of simulation and focused on evolving industries that it can support. In this case, especially electric vehicles.

AdwCleaner is a program that searches for and deletes Adware, Toolbars, Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUP), and browser Hijackers from your computer.

AdwCleaner is designed to search for and remove these types of programs.

Using AdwCleaner is very simple. Simply the program and run it. You will then be presented with a screen that contains a Scan and Clean button. The Scan button will cause AdwCleaner to search your computer for unwanted programs and then display all the files, folders, and registry entries found on your computer that are used by adware programs.

When the scan has finished, look through the scan results and uncheck any entries that you do not wish to remove. When you are satisfied with the selection, simply click on the Clean button, which will cause AdwCleaner to reboot your computer and remove the files and registry entries associated with the various adware that you are removing. On reboot, AdwCleaner will display a log showing the files, folders, and registry entries that were removed.

It is also important to note that certain adware programs such as Babylon and Delta Search include a program that alerts you when a program is trying to change your browser's search or home page settings. When running AdwCleaner it will reset your search settings to the default Microsoft one if it detects it has been changed by an adware. If you see the warning that states AdwCleaner is trying to change your browser settings, please allow it to do so.

AdwCleaner also contains some advanced options that disable certain detections. To access these options, you can click on the question mark (?) in the upper left corner of the program and then click on Options. You will then be presented with a dialog where you can disable various detections.
