Angry IP scanner is a very fast and small IP scanner.

It pings each IP address to check if it`s alive, then optionally it is resolving hostname and tries to connect at specified in Options dialog box TCP port.The application uses separate threads for each scanned address to reduce scanning speed. It can also display NetBIOS information: computer name, currently logged user, workgroup....
If you are curious to find out what's happening within your network and want to find out whether an IP is alive or dead then it's you should try a dedicated software like Angry IP Scanner.

The interface is very simple and intuitive and even if you're not an experienced user, you should still be able to work with Angry IP Scanner without encountering too many problems. Besides, the settings menu is very detailed and has lots of explanations, which makes it impressively user friendly.

Angry IP Scanner works pretty fast, although, as we found out during our tests, in some cases it might stress the computer resources a little bit if you're conducting long scans, on a whole IP class for example.

With the help of this utility you can even access 'Windows Shares', FTP, Telnet or trace route for each of the selected entries on the list. Among the available details, you can view the currently logged user, workgroup it belongs to, computer name and MAC address.

Requires you to install pdfMachine before it can work

First things first, before you can actually take advantage of what this utility can bring to the table, you need to make sure that pdfMachine is installed on your computer. Only after this, the app displays its well-designed main window.

You can customize the meg profile, send emails, search for information within the app and view a detailed list of actions by exploring the log. While at first it might seem a bit complicated, pdfMachine merge's interface does a good job at keeping things to a minimum level of difficulty.

User-friendly application with a somewhat lean learning curve

The process of creating and managing merge profiles is quite straightforward. Think of it this way: you have your base Word or Excel document, you load it into pdfMachine merge and it automatically generates personalized PDF attachments. Based on your further settings and input, they can be sent via email right away, for any number of recipients.

More precisely, after you load the base file, you need to select the emailing method and then customize the email sending settings. Besides this, you are required to also choose a location for each PDF attachment dynamically generated from meg the template file and the data source file.

Plexus is a plug-in designed to bring generative art closer to a non-linear program like After Effects.

It lets you create, manipulate and visualize data in a procedural manner. Not only you can render the particles, but also create all sorts of interesting relationships between them based on various parameters using lines and triangles. The workflow for Plexus is very modular allowing you to create truly infinite set of configurations and parameters.

Plexus 3 comes with a tree based Object Panel, that helps you organize multiple Plexus objects with in the layer. It improves workflow dramatically and the panel itself is dockable anywhere with in After Effects. It helps you keep track of your Geometry Objects, Effector Objects, Render Objects and Groups by allowing you to select only what you need so no more scrolling through a long Effects Control Window.

Finally. Now along with Depth of Field, you can add Motion Blur to create cinematic animations. You can use either comp settings or custom camera shutter values.

A new Sound Effector Object let's you sample a waveform from a sound layer in AE and apply it to vertex position or scale or color. You can also Echo the sampled waveform so that the sound is sampled over .

The Slicer Object let's you 'slice' through a mesh and create interesting visualizations. It works best with OBJ meshes and can be used very well along with the instance object.

Render sweeping volumetric beams with seamless rendering. Beams no longer show any 'overlapping joints'. Not only it improves rendering performance, but also renders much more accurate colors.

Plexus 3 was designed from the ground up to take advantage of AE's new multi-threaded architecture introduced in 13.5. That means better support for Persistent Caching, better performance and the best part, automagically refresh Instances. You can have many nested instances and all the changes are automatically detected. Also, just in case you need to refresh cache, a new button that let's you do that with a single click without affecting caches of other layers.

You can use a Depth Map exported by a 3D program or Buena Depth Cue to occlude pixels directly. It helps composite Plexus in 3D scenes with ease.

You can now import OBJ files and file sequences using AE's default file importer, which helps you organize footage better and collect project files. OBJ Object now also imports normals and texture co-ordinates along with vertex positions and facets.

Collapse Transforms for a nested composition, and Plexus behaves like a native AE composition. It reacts to Camera and lights of the native composition. It allows you to pre-comp Plexus layers and still have the flexibility to animate Camera movements.

Null Objects have similar performance to point lights if you're running the latest version of After Effects. No need to convert Nulls exported from 3D applications to point lights anymore.

Path Object is improved with scaling controls for replication and tessellation for closed paths. Now there is yet another way to create 3D text in After Effects, but make it a little more interesting.

You can gradually fade or vanish points, lines or polys when they get close to the camera or far away from the camera. You can also custom hide polygons that face towards or away from the camera.

Unified rendering allows all objects to have a common 3D space. It allows points, lines & polys created by multiple objects to intersect with one another in z-space.

You can seamlessly loop noise values for animations. You can cycle through noise evolution and it works for position, scale & color values.

Calotype or talbotype is an early photographic process introduced in 1841 by William Henry Fox Talbot, using paper coated with silver iodide. The term calotype comes from the Greek (kalos), "beautiful", and tupos, "impression".

Cyanotype is a photographic printing process that produces a cyan-blue print. In a cyanotype, a blue is usually the desired color; however, there are a variety of effects that can be achieved. These fall into three categories: reducing, intensifying, and toning.

Daguerreotype was the first commercially successful photographic process (1839-1860) in the history of photography. Named after the inventor, Louis Jacques Mandé Daguerre, each daguerreotype is a unique image on a silvered copper plate.

Edges is somes referred to as a "natural" black border, like those often seen in the days of contact prints. Edges happen automatically when you print the entire negative without cropping, allowing the clear film or glass around the photo to print as well.

Gelatin Silver process is the photographic process used with currently available black-and-white films and printing papers. A suspension of silver salts in gelatin is coated onto a support such as glass, flexible plastic or film, baryta paper, or resin-coated paper.

Negative can be more commonly referred to as glass plate negatives and will encompass a few areas and styles. Photographic plates preceded photographic film as a capture medium in photography. The light-sensitive emulsion of silver salts were coated on a glass plate, typically thinner than common window glass, instead of a clear plastic film.

Silver Plate or plate collodion process requires the photographic material to be coated, sensitized, exposed and developed within the span of about fifteen minutes, necessitating a portable darkroom for use in the field.

Gum Brichromate is a 19th-century photographic printing process based on the light sensitivity of dichromates. It is capable of rendering painterly images from photographic negatives.

Tintype, also known as a melainotype or ferrotype, is a photograph made by creating a direct positive on a thin sheet of metal coated with a dark lacquer or enamel and used as the support for the photographic emulsion.

Black and White does not need much explanation. This type is a more modern version of a long lost classic. Black and white photography began in 1826 as Jospeh Nicephore Niepce of France stored a black and white image on pewter plate covered in a petroleum using a camera, but the process took eight hours and immense sunshine to record the image.

Vintage photography began in the 15th Century with Robert Boyle's discovery of silver chloride turning dark when exposed to air in a dark room. From there anything before the mid-twentieth century could be consider vintage.
