Quick Access Popup (QAP) lets you move like a breeze between your frequently used FOLDERS, DOCUMENTS, APPLISave thousands of clicks while browsing your favorite folders in Windows Explorer or file dialog boxes. Launch your most used applications, documents or web sites instantly with this easy popup menu and mouse/keyboard shortcuts manager. Gather related favorites in SUBMENUS. Assign favorites or submenus to keyboard or mouse SHORTCUTS. Or GROUP favorites and launch them in one click.

To launch the popup menu, click the QAP icon in the Notification zone, hit the Middle Mouse Button or press Windows+W (these triggers can be changed in Options). In the SETTINGS window, customize your QAP menu. Review shortcuts assigned to favorites or submenus in the HOTKEYS window.

Green Screen Field Processing accurately replaces the green areas
Most images have large variations in the color and intensity of the background green screen. In the past this led to gray areas on the final background where the green screen was darker. Excellent Transparency Support
Great transparency can really add to the illusion that the person is in the background. Accurately computing this is very difficult. The Wizard does it automatically and supplies you with intuitive controls to fine tune it.

Automatic Spill Calculations
When shooting in front of a green screen, some of the green color will spill onto the subject. These areas are not removed, and are not transparent but they need to have the green tint removed. Notice how the image on the left has a green tint to the rug and the tint is removed but the rug is not transparent in the second photo.

Edge Blending
Often the edges of a subject have a black or unwanted thin color edge. With edge blending this can be removed with a simple click. The trick is to not remove thin hair or other details.Notice how the image on the left has a dark line around the edge. After edge blending is turned on it is removed in the second photo.

Remarkable Hair Restoration
Probably the hardest thing to do in green screen processing is to restore natural looking hair. Early attempts at doing this failed miserably which gave green screen processing a bad reputation amongst professional photographers . A combination of transparency and spill removal seamlessly integrated is required to perform this task to the satisfaction of clients and photographers. With Green Screen Wizard Brown, Red, Black and Blond hair are all restored with high fidelity.

Transparent PNG file Support
There are times when you do not wish to integrate the background but simply create a transparent png file to be used by another program. By clicking "Output a transparent background" on the home screen a checkerboard pattern will show where the green areas have been made transparent.

Blue Screen Processing
While we recommend using a green screen as people tend to have blue eyes and wear blue jeans and other blue clothing, the wizard does support blue screens when you need it. This is often required when a team has a green jersey, a school has a green uniform, or a bride carries green flowers.

ICC Color Profiles
ICC Color profiles assure the highest quality color reproduction. The stored ICC Color profile in the input images is used to render the image. When images are saved the ICC profile stored in Green Screen Wizard/ ICM folder is use to render the image.

Background capturing for improved performance
Background capturing facilitates high performance capture sessions. The GUI is not updated while capturing. The logged transactions are displayed only when capture operation is stopped.

Continuous capturing for non stop analysis.
For a normal capture session, USBTrace will stop capture operation when the internal log data buffer is full. With continuous capturing, this will not happen. When the buffer is full, instead of stopping capture, USBTrace will wrap around the buffer and start writing data again from the beginning.Continuous capturing simulates an infinite buffer.

Capture device traffic directly to file.
Using this feature you can route the data captured from devices directly to a file on your hard disk (or any other storage device). The user interface will not be updated during capture operation. This results in high performance capture sessions which can capture large amount of data. This feature also helps to debug unstable or faulty systems by ensuring that the captured data is not lost even if the system crashes/restarts during capturing. Trigger
Trigger facility allows you to define a condition and capture operation will stop automatically when that condition is satisfied.

Performance Statistics
Performance Statistics feature allows you to extract a lot of valuable performance related information from the captured data. The values of various performance counters and Read/Write data transfer rate graph are displayed. Performance statistics can be exported as an HTML or text file.

Set any captured request as 'time 0' request
Any request in capture log view can be set as the timing reference request using this feature. The timestamp of the selected request will be set to zero and those of others will be marked relative to this reference request. This feature is helpful to find the timing of various USB transactions in reference to a selected transaction.

Send support requests and check for updates directly from the application
In case you need support you can contact USBTrace Support Team directly from the application (See the program's help menu). Your support request along with the internal error log file will be emailed to us. Once we receive your error report, our support engineer will contact you at the earliest. You can also check for availability of new updates from the application help menu.

Decode captured data using user defined structure templates
You may define your own structure templates using which the captured data can be decoded. Structure definitions are specified via a template XML file which can be edited from within USBTrace.
