Development environment for FPGA, CPLD firm Intel.Extras. Information: In the Quartus Prime 18.0 Standard Edition, no new features appeared. At the same time, Quartus Prime 18.0 Pro Edition extended the capabilities of working with FPGAs of the Stratix 10 family.
In Quartus Prime 18.0 Pro Edition the following families of microcircuits are added:

• Stratix 10 SX, MX, TX, 1SG / SX085, 1SG / SX110;
• Stratix 10 E-Tile devices.
Also in the Pro version, the user interface has been changed, including support for high-resolution monitors.
In the new version, the compiler options are expanded with new options:
• Performance (High effort) and Performance (Aggressive) compiler optimization modes.
• Register optimizations options to allow RAM retiming and DSP retiming.
• Compile Time optimization mode.
