GerbView is an advanced but easy to use application that enables you to view, print, convert and markup Gerber, HPGL, HPGL/2, Excellon and raster files. GerbView supports both RS274D and RS274X (with embedded aperture information) Gerber formats. You can use GerbView to convert from the old RS274D Gerber standard to the new RS274X with embedded aperture information.

Gerbview will visualize your design, on the screen or in hardcopy. No more waiting for photoplots or your prototype circuit board, to see your true design.

In GerbView you work with a workspace that can contain one or more files of the supported file formats. The workspace can be saved for later use. The saved workspace will link to your design files, so only need to reload the workspace file to see the whole design.
Markup elements like text, arrows, lines, images, ellipses and polygons can also be added to the workspace. Markups will be stored in a separate file.

GerbView can convert Gerber, HPGL, HPGL/2 and Excellon files to AutoDesk DXF, AutoDesk DWF, Adobe PDF and other formats. See full list of supported formats below.

GerbView can rasterize single files, or whole workspaces, and save to one of the supported raster formats. Markup elements can optionally be included in the conversion.

GerbView has mouse-controlled zoom in, zoom out, zoom area and panning.

You can print scaled or in real size. All Windows based plotters and printers are supported. Poster mode, also known as tiled pages, can be used to print large designs and drawings on e.g. several A4/Letter pages.

Use measure and query tools to get information about apertures, tools, pens, distances and areas.

Mikron Delay has been inspired by the classic bucket brigade delays and tape delays of the past. We haven't tried to emulate one of those classics in particular, but tried to capture the essentials of these devices that make them sound so incredibly fantastic. Instead of making the perfect emulation of one specific device that we admire, we made a 'flexible vintage delay': to give you the opportunity to use all the cool 'tricks' of those old machines to create your own old school tape or bucket brigade delay.

With Mikron Reverb you can beam your music into the right atmosphere in a heartbeat. This colorful, stompbox inspired plugin is the little brother of our widely acclaimed Redline Reverb. It has the same warm and lush, 'lexicon-ish' sound, but a completely different mode of operation. In Mikron Reverb the majority of the parameters of Redline Reverb are hidden behind just a few intuitive knobs. It incorporates an intelligent algorithm that determines the ideal settings for those parameters for a wide variety of room characteristics.

The idea behind this algorithm is that when you dial in a certain kind of reverb you usually are not interested in the reverberations of all possible rooms and positions in those rooms, but only those that will give you a superb or interesting sound. There are a lot of concert halls, but only a few are praised for their acoustics. And there is only one spot in a concert hall were the band sounds at it's best. It's those great sounding reverberations that we tried to capture.

Or if you are interested in a bit more technical background: there is a reason that certain spaces sound great or that when you stand in the center of a room the sound is less good than when you move a little to the front. And that has everything to do with how the different parameters of the reverberations are balanced: early reflections, decay time etc. The ultimate formula for this is still unknown, one of the reasons why architects still have difficulties designing the perfect concert hall. But we think we have been able to come up with an approximation of it. We had one advantage. Unlike architects who have to take into account the annoying constraints of real world buildings we only had to focus on how sound moves through time in a musically pleasant way. Our formula is most definitely based on a personal preference, not on a universal truth. But we dare say that it does a hell of a job. What does this mean in practice? It saves you a lot of unnecessary tweaking. Whatever knob you turn, the reverberation keeps sounding great, just different.

TAL-U-NO-LX is a complete rewritten emulation of the popular Juno 60 with a new engine and GUI. TAL-BassLine-101 is a monophonic bass synthesizer and a very accurate emulation of the popular SH 101. The GUI is intuitive and easy to use. It produces the raw sound you know from analogue devices without any effects. Its 24dB zero feedback delay low pass filter has a very smooth and authentic sound without any digital artifacts, especially designed and calibrated for extreme settings. It sounds even smooth with a lot resonance and a high oscillator pitch where most emulations fail.



Details as envelope transitions between overlapping notes are carefully modeled. The oscillators do not use any samples. TAL-BassLine-101 generates all wave-forms in real time. FinalLoud is a loudness and True Peak finalizer tool. FinalLoud solves quickly a very common challenge in audio engineering: reaching a certain target loudness level for any audio material while maintaining given True Peak ceiling. Therefore FinalLoud combines a gain control, a high quality True Peak limiter and an accurate loudness meter under an easy-to-use interface. AB_LM is a gain control which enables level matched and sample accurate AB comparison of FX chains. We at TBProAudio found us very often in mixing or mastering situations where we need to quickly identify the contribution of a certain plugin (FX) or even a complex FX chain to the sound.

Most DAWs can easily enable/disable (AB) single plug-in or even whole FX chains, but in most case there is an audible loudness difference between both cases. In order to compare the impact of a plugin chain objectively the loudness of the incoming signal should match with the loudness of outgoing signal.
Comparing the plugin effect at equal loudness levels avoids the "louder is better" - pitfall.

Mode & Link Channel
Sets the mode of the plugin, either Sender or Receiver and the link channel for the communication. Sender is placed before the plugin(s) which should be AB level matched, Receiver is inserted after. Use the "L"-button (auto) to quickly set next highest (free) sender/receiver channel. In addition AB_LM makes suggestions for channel auto link, which may work depending on DAW/plug-in type.

Latency Compensation
Some plug-in add latency to the plugin chain. For a sample-exact AB loudness comparison audio streams need to be synchronized. This can be done automatically (just press PDC button and wait 1-2 seconds) or manually by entering the latency value (in samples).

Pre-FX Loudness
This meter shows the current and maximum loudness of the audio stream just before the plugin(s). Many plug-in work best at a certain loudness level (e.g. -18 dBFS)

Post-FX Gain
This meter shows the loudness difference of pre and post-FX signal. The match button lets you set the additional post-FX gain (match mode "manual") based on current loudness difference. Match mode "Auto" does this automatically.

Match Modes
AB-LM lets you match the loudness either manually, or automatically. The match gain is added after FX chain. If "inverse" is enabled match gain is added before FX chain. The mode "Gain Stage" works differently: The additional FX drive gain is just removed from the audio stream right after the FX chain for "pure" gain staging purposes.

Snapshot Slots
AB_LM provides 4 snapshot slots to store and recall settings for FX drive and Post-FX gain. So you can test your plugin chain with different gain levels, all loudness matched.

FX Drive
This parameter adjusts the additional pre-FX gain.
AB Switch

This button lets you seamless switch between pre and pre-FX audio signal.

Pre-FX Gain
This meter shows how close the loudness of the incoming signal is matched with a certain reference level. Many engineers work with loudness calibrated audio systems.
