However, there are other alternatives that you can try out, especially if you are a home user. Very popular on mobile platforms, OfficeSuite has also shifted towards Windows, delivering a suite of office-related tools with a clean look and simple options.
Modern-looking yet familiar suite of office tools
With a name that speaks out simplicity and ease of use, OfficeSuite tries to concentrate the most important features of applications that are usually included in such a suite. As such, it brings to the table a word processor, a spreadsheet editor, a presentation maker, and a PDF reader and editor.

Text and spreadsheet editors, a presentation maker, and a PDF reader
The word processor features basic text editing and formatting capabilities, with standard page setup options. You can insert images, tables, hyperlinks, and bookmarks into your documents, and export the result as a PDF, print it, or save it to the cloud.
Moving on to the presentation maker, it features simple tools to help you build compelling content, with graphics and transition effects. The spreadsheet editor also depicts a familiar environment, with support for all kinds of charts, a plethora of formulas and functions to help you process statistical data.
Last but not least, the PDF reader can use a two-sided viewer to display the text, enabling you to attach notes, take snapshots, and freely draw on the desktop. And while the application is a reader, without editing functionality, input PDF documents can be exported to Word, Excel, or ePub format.
Simplistic alternative to Microsoft Office
With standard functionality in all the applications, OfficeSuite delivers a good alternative to Microsoft Office, from whom it also borrows the GUI layout. It supports all the Office formats, so you don't have to worry about compatibility issues.
Nevertheless, you should know that it doesn't sport the same rich feature set you can find in Microsoft Office. Instead, it sticks to the basic set of options that should be enough for any home user.

Sitni Sati releases FumeFX 5.0.3 update for Autodesk 3ds Max. In addition to bug fixes, this update includes new FumeFX 4 Solver option, tyFlow support, GPU Viewport Multiview, 3ds Max 2020 support and more.

With FumeFX 5 release there were many changes and improvements throughout the simulation core which inevitably led to quite different simulation results when compared to previous FumeFX version. The newly added option to use the FumeFX 4 Solver will allow users to achieve similar results compared to FumeFX 4 with benefits of FumeFX's 5 features.

- Added Arnold light approximation to the FumeFX GPU Viewport.
- Changed default option for Show Fire and Smoke in viewport which are now enabled by default.
- Fixed Playback From/To parameter change didn't trigger iewport refresh.
- Fixed viewport update bug when switching cache files.
- Fixed viewport update bug. In a newly created scene create grid and run simulation. Perspective viewport point display didn't work until the viewport was rotated.

Sitni Sati has released FumeFX 5.0 for 3ds Max, the latest version of the popular gaseous fluid simulator, adding a new GPU-accelerated viewport preview, and improving the detail and stability of simulations.
New features in FumeFX 5.0 include conservative advection, a new advection type that Sitni Sati says leads to more stable, detailed fluid flows, particularly when dealing with complex geometry. In addition, exported velocities or 3D textures can now be used to generate additional advected details within a fluid flow at render time.
Workflow changes include the integration of a GPU-accelerated simulation preview within the Max viewport. The new display supports volumetric shadows, "proper" geometry occlusion and real-time shader feedback. There is also a new FumeFX toolbar, which provides access to key tools and simulation controls.
Under the hood, the simulation core has been redesigned, making it possible to use more complex geometry instead of proxies without causing instability in a sim.
Performance has also been improved: FumeFX estimates that sims should calculate "up to 20% faster", and should scale better with CPU cores, resulting in consistent output regardless of the number of cores used. Retiming should result in simulations remaining smooth "regardless of simulation sub-steps and retiming scale factor". It is also now possible to retime a sim during the calculation's wavelet turbulence pass.
Sitni Sati has also introduced a new lossy compression format with support for per-channel settings and the option to mix lossless and lossy channels inside the same cache file. When generating caches in OpenVDB format rather than as native FumeFX FXD files, caches are now written in a way "that makes them easily readable inside the Arnold Volume Grid, Redshift grid and even Houdini". Caches can also now be reloaded at a user-defined resolution to make them easier to manipulate.
