Quick Access Popup (QAP) lets you move like a breeze between your frequently used FOLDERS, DOCUMENTS, APPLISave thousands of clicks while browsing your favorite folders in Windows Explorer or file dialog boxes. Launch your most used applications, documents or web sites instantly with this easy popup menu and mouse/keyboard shortcuts manager. Gather related favorites in SUBMENUS. Assign favorites or submenus to keyboard or mouse SHORTCUTS. Or GROUP favorites and launch them in one click.

To launch the popup menu, click the QAP icon in the Notification zone, hit the Middle Mouse Button or press Windows+W (these triggers can be changed in Options). In the SETTINGS window, customize your QAP menu. Review shortcuts assigned to favorites or submenus in the HOTKEYS window.

To quickly ADD a new favorite FOLDER to your popup menu: 1) go to a frequently used folder, 2) click the QAP hotkey and choose ADD THIS FOLDER, 3) give the folder a short name ans save it.

Choose the RECENT FOLDERS menu to show an updated list of the Windows recent folders. Access the files or URLs in your Clipboard with the CLIPBOARD menu. Click the DRIVES menu to see the list of drives with current disk space.

MAXX Interop:
-Fixed a runtime error that sometimes occurred when running the Building Object Style Editor in Civil View.

MAXX MAXScript:
0Added MAXScript variables to set the foreground and background colors of selected text in the Listener and MacroRecorder windows, as text was sometimes unreadable.
0Better colors specified for parenthesis in MAXScript Editor so that it is easier to identify the matching parenthesis.
-Error messages displayed in the MAXScript Listener now more consistently respect the language pack 3ds Max is using, regardless of the language set in the Windows Regional settings.

MAXX MaterialEditors:
-Removed the ability to set values over 1000 in the interface and over 60 000 in MAXScript, which was causing crashes.

MAXX Modeling:
-Fixed missing presets with non-English versions of 3ds Max.
-Fixed a chamfer issue causing bumps on concave corners.
-3ds Max no longer crashes opening some scenes containing TextPlus.
-Fixed a crash when joining bodies.

MAXX PointCloud:

-Fixed crash when using the "%" formatting character with Python's logger.

Known issues and workarounds

MAXX UI:
-Issue The the Command Panel contents for Editable Spline sometimes present themselves in the wrong order.
-Issue Using extended viewports feature in combination with a floating viewport can result in undesired behavior. E.g.: maximizing a view might result in the inability to minimize or restore the original viewport layout. Workaround: Reset viewport layout from the Views->Viewport Configuration dialog->Layout tab while the floating viewport is active.

Traditional blacklist antivirus software attempts to block the 15,000+ new viruses a day. Antivirus companies cannot possibly keep up with all of the new viruses. VoodooShield will block all the executable code (including viruses), except the software you allow. Most viruses attack through Web browsers. Creating whitelists for software

VoodooShield is a reliable application which takes a different approach to virus protection for your computer. The software cannot remove infected files, but it can block them from being opened and protect your computer from getting infected. The software features smart options that allow it to automatically create a whitelist snapshot, for all the programs and files that are always trusted.

Once the antivirus program has created a whitelist snapshot of your system, VoodooShield can block the functionality of your computer, so that it does not allow any other software to run. In other words, you may create a list of allowed programs and set your computer to only run the specified software. However, you may choose to allow additional programs through the protection wall.

User friendly computer lock
VoodooShield is designed to run in the background at all times, but it displays a small shield icon on the desktop, which you can easily relocate to the desired position. The shield indicates whether or not the VoodooShield is active or not: red when the protection is OFF and blue when it is ON.

Moreover, dragging and dropping any file onto the shield, causes the software to automatically scan the document for malware. If the software blocks the file, it is automatically uploaded for detailed analysis, onto the cloud based blacklist.

Whitelist based protection
VoodooShield is designed to learn the user's preferences in regard with trusting the software. The learning process takes place as the software displays the red background and the OFF message. When you activate the protection, the software can automatically take a snapshot of your system, in order to determine which programs are trusted and block all others.
