How to handle The Matrix: It is not necessary to look for the red pill, like Neo had to - what you actually need is MATLAB, which means MATrix LABoratory contrary to popular belief. MATLAB is a programming language of high level and interactive programming environment that lets you easily implement numeric experiments and methods, allowing you to design algorithms, analyze data and visualize that data in a very, very powerful way.

T2Laser is a Benbox replacement for Grbl based laser and CNC systems. It supports grey scale images, vector graphics and also has basic sketch features. You can add text to images, contour cut-out images or convert raster to vector and output it to the laser all in a single G-Code file. Advanced algorithms for photo engraving and clipart / logos, as well as multi-pass vector cutting capabilities. Resolution, speed and power are user defined so you can maximize quality while reducing the engraving time.

Enables you to adjust the image parameters
While the program comes with a simple and minimalistic interface, it is well-suited for the role of the application. Moreover, the app allows you to preview the image and flip or rotate it, so that all details and elements are visible before processing it.

However, the strong point of the utility stems from the fact that you have complete control over the DXF graphics of the new image. In other words, you can modify the gamma and contrast as well as control shapes, count of line segments, extents and the pixels and millimeters present in the photo.

In addition, you can define the resolution, pixel threshold and the output size for the standard BMP or JPEG pictures. On a side note, the app only works with a handful of file formats and it would be nice if it supported more, especially since you have numerous options at your disposal to create CAD images.

Helps you make raster images reliable inputs for CNCs
It is worth mentioning that the app also enables laser control, a feature that can come in handy if you connect the device to your computer. Similarly to processing G-code files, you can define the values as you see fit, from the X and Y positions to the step distance and laser power. Therefore, it could prove quite handy when you are processing schematics or DXF files.

Then again, the tool does a bit more than that. To be more precise, you can process standard images and apply amazing greyscale and dithered effects on them, for instance.

An efficient image to G-code conversion utility
All in all, in the eventuality you are looking to create a clear DFX file that can be used by various CNC machines, then perhaps T2Laser could come in handy.

SPAN Plus is a real-time "fast Fourier transform" audio spectrum analyzer AAX, AudioUnit and VST plugin for professional sound and music production applications. For the most part it was derived from Voxengo GlissEQ dynamic parametric equalizer and reproduces its spectrum analysis functionality.

SPAN Plus is an extended version of the freeware SPAN plugin: SPAN Plus provides several additional features such as PNG file export, real-time spectrum import/export for cross-track spectrum comparisons, and static spectrums display.

SPAN Plus provides you with a very flexible "mode" system which you can use to setup your spectrum analyzer preferences. You may specify Fourier block size in samples, FFT window overlap percentage, spectrum's visual slope. Beside that you can choose to display secondary spectrum of a desired type (e.g. real-time maximum, all-time maximum). Spectrum can be smoothed out visually for an easier examination.

Beside cross-track spectrum comparison, SPAN Plus supports multi-channel analysis and can be set to display spectrums from two different channels or channel groups at the same time. Spectrum's color can be chosen to taste.

SPAN Plus also features output level metering with adjustable ballistics and integration time, K-system metering (including calibration K-system metering). SPAN Plus displays level metering statistics, headroom estimation and clipping detection. Correlation metering is available as well.

Compatibility
This audio plugin can be loaded into any audio host application that conforms to the AudioUnit or VST plugin specification. Plugins with AAX version available can be loaded in ProTools 12+.

This plugin is compatible with Windows (32- and 64-bit Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 and later versions), 2.5 GHz dual-core or faster processor with at least 4 GB of system RAM, SSE4.2 instructions support required, e.g. any Intel Core i-, AMD Bulldozer- or Zen-based processor.

How Secure Is Your Wireless Network?
