Vous positionnez en un clin d'œil fondations, murs, portes, fenêtres, escaliers, toitures... En un clic, vous visualisez votre projet en 3D. Vous pouvez observer l'ensemble de la construction ou zoomer sur un détail. Vous pouvez même tester la luminosité des pièces dans les conditions d'éclairage réelles. Vous pouvez concevoir aussi bien une grande maison, un complexe de bureaux ou aménager une pièce unique.
L'utilisation du logiciel est conviviale et intuitive. Outre le manuel, vous disposez d'une aide en ligne qui vous permet de gagner du temps lorsque vous recherchez une fonction.
En mode Construction, vous concevez tous les éléments de construction de la maison, sans les éléments d'aménagement. Une règle, des lignes d'aide et une grille vous aident dans la conception. Vous insérez en quelques secondes des portes, des fenêtres et des escaliers et vous contrôlez le résultat simultanément dans la fenêtre de prévisualisation 3D. L'insertion de la toiture s'effectue de la même manière.
Par un clic de souris, vous basculez en mode Design où vous visualisez la construction dans une vue 3D photoréaliste. Dans ce mode, vous insérez des objets d'intérieur et d'extérieur et vous appliquez des textures, à partir d'un catalogue impressionnant d'objets et textures. Par un simple glisser-déplacer, vous tapissez les murs et insérez vos meubles. Vous installez des lampes et paramétrez la position du soleil et de la lune afin de déterminer la luminosité des pièces. Le module de rendu génère une représentation photoréaliste des lumières, des ombres et des réflexions.
