When you purchase a new computer, you want to make sure its performance matches your expectations, and the most convenient way is to analyze its Windows Experience Index.

However, since Windows 8.1 no longer includes this function, you can rely on ChrisPC Win Experience Index. The application installs smoothly on your PC and it automatically displays the Windows Experience Index (WEI) on the host computer.
The WEI is a measurement utility that can can help you get an idea of the responsiveness and performance you should expect of the PC. It basically assesses the hardware on the computer and assigns a rating to the processor, RAM, graphics, gaming graphics and primary hard disk - once these scores are displayed, the lowest one will also be assigned to the PC.

Easy2Boot is a portable app that can turn any bootable USB drive into bootable media including Windows and Linux.

All you need to do is select the USB drive you want to format (all partitions will be wiped), select the Easy2Boot menu language and keyboard type and click on the red "Make E2B Drive" button in the Windows GUI. You can also make an E2B USB drive using the Linux scripts provided.
Once you have made your NTFS E2B drive, just copy over your ISO files. You can update/delete any ISO at any , so there's no need to repeatedly format or recreate your media every .

Easy2Boot can also directly boot from Windows .VHD and .WIM files and it supports multiple Linux ISOs with persistence (>4GB supported). Multi-booting via UEFI (Linux, konboot, memtest86, Windows, etc.), including Secure Boot, is made possible by creating .imgPTN partition image files using the MakePartImage Windows utility.

If you run into any issues there are detailed guides included and the Easy2Boot website also has tutorials, tricks, and tips.

There are two files from which to choose. Our mirrors have both in one ZIP that's 62.6 MB. Your choices include whether you want DPMS (Driver Pack Mass Storage drivers) or not. If you're not sure, get the smaller, no DPMS . The DPMS version includes the Driver Pack Mass Storage drivers which might be needed if you're installing 32-bit Windows XP to SATA\RAID\SCSI systems. Obviously, this is likely to apply to only a small group of people.

If you're looking to boot your operating system from a USB drive directly, you'd be hard-pressed to find a simpler, more lightweight app than Easy2Boot to do so.

EMCO Network Software Scanner is an inventory tool that allows you to get information on applications installed anywhere on the network.

For every PC, this tool collects information that includes the installed applications' names, versions, installation dates and other parameters available in the Windows Add/Remove Programs list.
Also, the application allows extracting information on installed software updates from remote PCs. The collected information is displayed in the application's UI and can be exported to a CSV file.

Software inventory information collected by the application is saved into a database and can be compared with previously extracted data in order to detect applications and updates that were installed and uninstalled in mean. The operations of network scanning and software audit can be performed without any client installation on network PCs. All operations work silently and are invisible for end-users. The application doesn't use WMA for software audit operations, so it can be used in network where WMA is disabled.
Installed Applications Audit:

· The application allows scanning Windows computers in a local network to extract information on applications installed on every PC. The reported information includes the application name, version and vendor, installation date and installation size, as well as other fields displayed in the Windows Programs and Components dialog.

· For every scanned PC, you can export the collected software inventory information, including a list of installed applications, updates and software changes, to a file in the CSV format. The Export Wizard allows you to configure the export parameters such as delimiters and encoding. The application exports all collected inventory data, including all fields.

MSI Kombustor is a software application which allows you to perform a benchmark test on your graphics card.

It can be handled by users who carefully monitor their system's components, such as video gamers and web developers, in this case.
The interface of the program is uncomplicated. Upon initialization, MSI Kombustor automatically displays the primary graphics card, device ID, driver and OpenGL of your computer, as well as the temperature, load level and power of your graphics cards.
