MetatOGGer is a comprehensive software application designed for managing your music collection when it comes to tagging, renaming and organizing audio tracks with the OGG and MP3 format.

It primarily addresses users with some background in such apps. The interface of the utility is clean and intuitive. Importing audio tracks into the workspace is done by using either the file browser, folder view or "drag and drop" method; you can add as many items as you want. For each song in the list you can view the artist, title, date, album, genre and track number, as well as edit any of these fields by simply clicking them. An important feature of MetatOGGer lets you apply tailor-made tags, and all you have to do is write a name and value. In addition, you can view a file's audio properties (e.g. codec, duration, bit rate, channel mode, sample rate), add covers (embedded and external), and edit tags with IronPython scripts (e.g. convert to uppercase, trim the white space, capitalize the first letter).

Other features of MetatOGGer let you get tags from acoustic fingerprints, lyrics, copy covers, look for duplicate files, play tracks and import tags as keywords. It is also possible to remove any tags you want (e.g. common, uncommon, embedded pictures) and create an inclusion or exclusion list, get tags from a file's name or path, as well as rename and sort files according to their tags, among others.

MetatOGGer offers multilingual support, lets you customize the quick access toolbar and track columns, and gives you the possibility of restoring all settings to their factory values. It has a good response and uses a moderate-to-high quantity of CPU and system memory.

We have not experienced any issues throughout our evaluation. As you can see, MetatOGGer comes bundled with numerous options and configuration settings concerning audio tagging, and it is definitely worth taking into consideration as a powerful application in this domain.

If you clean computer's Recycle Bin, the files and folders are not deleted forever.

Anyone can use special recovery software and restore any deleted data (files and folders) because any deleted file still exists on the hard disk until will be overwritten with other data.The main purpose of this program is to make impossible recovery of files and folders which was deleted in the past. Program uses several security algorithms (DoD 5220.22, Gutmann and other). While working this program fills out information to the end of each cluster, leaving no chance to restore even just one word! Prevent Restore can wipe deleted files on any disk, for example: usb flash, SSD, memory stick or any other sort of removable disk (media storage). However you cannot use it on CD (CDR, DVD) - such disks you should physically burn to avoid any possibility of recovery. As an additional feature the program can erase paging file of OS Windows (virtual memory cache) which contains cache of personal information, for example: usernames and passwords.

This release includes several bug fixes and a new code signing certificate. The old one has expired and with this release we are replacing it to a new one. This update should be installed by all users because software can stop working shortly with an old certificate (security measure of Windows OS). MODEL SELECTION

Select between three different revisions: Rev. A (the older and warmer one), Rev. D (the classic "Low Noise" version) and the Rev. F (modern, faster and crisper).

SIDECHAIN FILTER

You can tweak a Low Cut filter on the Sidechain to reduce the compressor sensitivity to low frequencies. The amount of harmonic generation can be controlled as well.

PARALLEL COMPRESSION

Parallel compression is a powerful mixing technique which helps improve the overall impact of the track while leaving the transients intact. It is achieved by summing the compressor output to the original track

BUILT-IN MID-SIDE PROCESSING

You can separately compress the mono and stereo elements of the track, using different compression settings for each. This gives you complete control of the dynamics: you can squeeze the stereo aspect to tighten the room mics and get an in-your-face drum sound.
